Future Point 4 Business has been carrying out work for us for some years in the production of our catalogue and various video animations. They are always highly professional and the results are truly excellent. Future Point made a video to showcase one of our new innovations, which we took to market. To begin with we were selling maybe 400-500 units per year. After sending our new video from Future Point to online industry magazines (which gained about 4,000 views) we got over 180 enquiries within 2 months. Within the following year our sales grew to over 50,000 units worldwide. We believe our bespoke website designs and developments comprise the essential elements of what makes a website great.

Our bespoke websites are geared to perform more effectively with search engines (for SEO) - though this also depends upon key search terms selected. A good and fitting design is also essential along with good copy. We suggest some form of video be uploaded, as 88% of first time visitors to a website will remain longer at the website when there is a video. A good video will usually cause website visitors to go on to read the following copy and to visit more of the pages at the website. The problem that you as a business/charity solves for people should be clearly stated. There should be no ambiguity as to what your website is about. Calls to action should be very clear - i.e. what do you want the website to do next, now that they have seen your website?

Key questions asked are:
What do you/your business/charity do?
What stage are you at with your business/charity marketing so far?
Do you have a clear strategy for your marketing going forward, or is this something you'd like help with?
Have you identified your budget and how best it can be used for maximum impact?

1. We learn about your business/charity/organisation.

3. After establishing we are a good fit to meet your needs we will offer a proposal. Once our proposal has been agreed we will ask for a Letter of Engagement to be signed between us.
4. We will request a payment upfront, the amount/percentage will be in accordance with the particular work we are doing. Payments upfront are held safely within a client account.
5. We will begin the work and keep you appraised fully thoughout, giving you opportunity to comment as and when required.
6. For graphic design/website designs and developments/video animations we will ask for a final payment upon sign-off. Full delivery is then made. For social media marketing and virtual assistant work payments will be received on an ongoing basis.
7. We will ask if there is anything we can do to help maximise the benefits of the products/services supplied already.
8. We may ask for a review. Reviews are important to us to gain further opportunities to serve more people like you.

For graphic design/website designs and developments/video animations we will ask for all copy, other content, images and any video that is available. We may ask for examples of productions you have seen that might give us a steer into the direction you want to go with the productions we do for you.

We will ask for your details/company or charity details for the productions themselves, for our communication with you and for billing etc. All details are safely kept within and in accordance with our Data Protection and Privacy policies.

We love to produce the very best production work. It gives us a buzz when the work we do for clients helps them to progress and to move forward with their own key objectives.

After working within the context of 12 freelancers successfully I wanted to begin my own business and brand on a more formal basis. Fortunately, myself and my team are still able to draw upon the talents of the freelancers with whom we are still in touch. So while almost all the work we do is in-house we have a gateway to other talent should the need for additional capacity arise.

We can supply products and services to clients anywhere. Our principal client base is in the south of England and in London. However, we serve clients from around the UK. We also service clients overseas - to manufacturing clients in Taiwan and to businesses and NGOs in Zambia and Angola.

At the height of the Covid-19 pandemic all meetings were held via Zoom and Skype or by telephone. At times of lesser risk we have held face-to-face meetings at our office building - however, with no hand-shaking, with provision of handwashing facilities, sanitiser gel and with a requirement that masks be worn. We keep a watching brief on how the pandemic will develop - or hopefully reduce further into less and lesser risk.
