I am Andy, ex Navy and Falklands Veteran, 20 years after I served in The Falklands I was going to take my own life as many have done since.
I was lucky and was caught in the net of Combat Stress where I spent a total of 6 weeks at a treatment centre having CBT, for a while I was feeling positive about life but still couldn’t talk about the war . Years later I paid for hypnotherapy which again seemed to work for a little while.
It seems life is ok until something upsetting happens like a bereavement or a partner’s cancer diagnosis.
I am fortunate that a good friend told me about Rak, so as I was feeling lower than I had ever felt I thought I would give it a go.
I spoke to Rak on the phone for about 20 mins and made an appointment with him. I spent four hours with this guy and I can’t praise him enough. I walked out of the place like a new man, back to the happy Andy I had missed for years.
NLP certainly worked for me and I will be speaking to as many ex servicemen/ women as I can who are suffering / coping with their lives.
Rak told me he could help me in one session, I said “ IF YOU COULD DO THAT IT WOULD BE A MIRACLE”..
So well done to Rak the miracle man .

I have visited Rak twice over the past couple of years and he has not only made me feel comfortable every time I have been but helped to look at my situation with a new perspective and with his use of hypnotherapy he has helped clear the years of hurt and regret from my mind in only a 2 hour session. And after every session I come back a new man. I would not hesitate to recommend Rak to see to go and get help with. I decided to see Rak after spending many years dealing with mental stresses from the past that were bringing me down on a daily basis. I was skeptical at first, but the session was such a wonderful, eye opening experience. I left Rak's office with a huge grin on my face, looking forward to life and seeing it from a positive new perspective. If there's something bringing you down, even if you don't like talking about it, go and see Rak. You don't even need to tell him what's getting you down, because that's not what he concentrates on. All of the negativity I felt was literally lifted away like a blanket, and it was incredible. I have a new found appreciation of life, and overall, I'm happy. The experience definitely changed my life in such a huge way, and I couldn't be more grateful. Rak is so down to earth and nice to talk to, and passionate about what he does. I have struggled with anxiety for over 10 years and have tried everything to help myself but nothing has worked. A week ago, I was at a loss and looked up hypnosis. . I was with Rak for just under 3 hours and I can honestly say he is a magician. I feel so much more relaxed and happy and he has improved my quality of life which I never thought was possible. After suffering depression+ anxiety for 10 years I honestly thought that that would be my life, being forever in the depths of emotional desperation. I was deeply unhappy and at 'rock bottom' .After being lucky enough to being able to access Rak's services through work I waited on that day, August 17th 2017, with an open mind but also with the feeling of "dread " that it was another therapy that may fail.I had had person centered counselling, CBT and hypnotherapy before.My issues were mainly as a result of the past after suffering traumatic experiences.I just could not move on and felt that I had a ' sledge' full of issues dragging behind me all these years, I was exhausted.What excited me about NLP was that it was not "issue/ problem specific in that I didn't need to explain in depth the experiences I had which I did not want to talk about again and would of " dragged" me back to those places.The ' RESET' button for me was the key in my " tailored' therapy.This enabled me not to necessarily 'forget" the past but to be able to leave it where it was and concentrate on living for now and the future.This also tapped in to other issues of no self motivation, weight gain, low self esteem and lack of confidence at work.I feel more "resilient ' than I have done for a long , long time.I also feel that the "hypnotherapy' part played a massive part in the therapy to address these issues.After 6 weeks, (as I have waited to get passed he 3 week mark to post this testimonial which is usually when I ' flounder' and go back to ' old habits'), my husband is referring to me as his ' new wife!'.I now feel so positive. I am out exercising 4-5 times a week, healthy eating and feel so much more confident in myself.In fact I feel ' amazing!!!!'.To find this ' new me', I feel the cost aspect is irrelevant. Yes, I was lucky enough to access this through work but, I would of paid, paid and paid again to do this out of my own pocket.It was 2 back to back sessions and that was it.I have paid thousands of pounds for previous counselling so this transformation in such a short space of time is ' priceless'.I am now looking forward to reaching my 50 th Birthday in June in that I am going to be ' fit+ fab' and to my retirement in 2 years with excitement and positivity.Thank you Rak More...

What can I say? Wow!!! I went to see Rak today for a specific issue I have had within my life for a number of years. Within the session we got to the root of the issue and totally resolved it! I have been to counselling and hand on heart, for me, it didn't do anything other than make the issues worse......Rak has worked his magic and I feel like a new woman!! Iam blown away on how much Rak has helped me. I was suffering from chronic fatigue. For all my life 'and with in 1 double session he has changed my life. I was the first guy to call Rak by his known name now, 'the magician' and rightly so. My issue was I had great anxiety when it came to my ex and not being able to see my two twin boys. I'd like to thank Future Creations for helping with my gallstones. I was extremely sceptical of the idea of hypnotherapy & time line therapy but was persuaded to give it a try by my boss due to the amount of time I was having off work because of the amount of pain I was in and consequently the lack of sleep. Rak asked me a series of basic questions & after 2 hours, I haven't experienced any symptoms I'd previously encountered.I still think it's "bizarre" that someone can make me pain free especially after experiencing the agony over 3 years but it definitely works!!
