About

Hello,
I’m totally NEW on this platform - bark.com. I usually work via word of mouth or recommendations. I’ve never needed to advertise my coaching services. But hopefully I can bring some value to many.

My personality and coaching style can be too much for most people, which is okay because I’m not a coach for most people.

Working with Ali is a big investment and you have to be sure you’re ready for it. Be aware that you’ll work on things you’re scared of working on. Be prepared to have everything laid open. It’s not for the faint-hearted, but if you want to take things to the next level and wake up thinking ‘I’m living the dream’, then working with him is definitely a must." More...

Despite the tough guy image, he’s a lovely guy, has a soft centre and is extremely compassionate. When I’m with him, it’s a safe, supported and nurtured space. He’s extremely disciplined, consistent and completely present. He smells BS fast and will nail it as soon as he smells it. More...

From the moment a session begins with Ali it became all about me, how I was feeling, how to get from where I was in the last session to where I wanted to be in this session. He was completely focused on me and what was going on in my life. So many coaches talk more than a client, but not Ali. He’s a great listener, always asks the right questions, and is great at calling you on your bullshit. More...

He is someone who aims to be the best. He’s on a mission. He’s driven, passionate and will always get the outcome he’s aiming for - nothing will get in the way. Having someone like that on your side, working towards your outcome too, is the best thing you can do. He’s someone who really gets the most out of life.

If you want to identify areas of your life that aren’t serving you, and you want to feel empowered to take your life to the next level, then Ali is absolutely the guy for the job. He won't give you the answers, but will help you find your own answers, and that is freedom.

Q&As

When I say ‘You can have it all’, I’m speaking from experience, not just repeating a fancy catchphrase.

I believe, beyond any doubt, that I can be anyone, have anything, and be with anyone I want. I also believe that everything I’ve got, you can have, too. And more. If you’re willing to do the work, that is.

I grew up in a poor family. We came to London from a country that is in war for more than 30 years with no money, no formal education, and not speaking any English. I spent the first childhood years working with my father and going to school which I found uninspiring to say the least. When I set up my coaching practice in 2009, I was £5k in credit card debt. For the first 5 years of my life, I was useless with women. And for most of my life, I was in okay shape at best.

Now I do what I love, with the people I love. I live in a house near the biggest landmarks of my favourite city in the world. I work when I want, where I want, and there is absolutely nothing (within reason) that I cannot afford. I couldn’t possibly be more happy with my new fiancé. I go on mini holidays monthly, staying in the best hotels and eating at the best restaurants everywhere I go. I’m in the best shape of my life, and only getting better.

I’m on a lifelong mission to bring personal coaching to the awareness of as many people as possible. Over the years, I’ve seen the profound effects it has had on my clients, other coaches’ clients, as well as experiencing it myself.

Services

I’m the first choice for CEOs and other high-net-worth individuals for a good reason – I’m their personal coaching equivalent. We live and think the same way and I’m well-versed in the language of success and winning, understanding its joys and pains, just as they do. Everyone needs someone, but you’re not everyone. That means that your ‘someone’ can’t be just anyone, either.

I’ve always been a maverick, a misfit, constantly challenging the status quo, and I tend to attract similar people.

I connect with my clients on many different levels, the most common ones being: kindness/ generosity, ambition/ drive, appreciation for the finer things in life, and perfectionism.

I often work with powerful men and women with big personalities. They have a hard time finding a coach they think can handle them. You see, the person I can’t handle hasn’t been born yet.

If you like to play small and be average, that’s your choice and I respect that, we are not right for each other though. I only work with people who aim for gold in this game of life. I am to my clients what sport coaches are to athletes, and my clients are the equivalent of Olympic athletes.

It’s not important to me whether you’re a man or a woman, how old you are or where you’re from. What’s important is how committed you are to the process; how badly you want to change something in your life. When the commitment of the client meets the expertise of the coach, there is nothing that cannot be achieved.

My clients work with me because they’re ready to go to the next level. They’re ready to go outside of their comfort zone and reach a new high.

I serve them powerfully, without fear of hurting their feelings or ego. I help them to achieve the best results as quickly as possible using my signature no-bullshit approach. I’m often the only person in their lives who has the balls to be brutally honest with them, the only person who can make them see what they cannot see themselves. Sometimes your best thinking is wrong, and I’m going to tell you when I think so, no matter who you are.

It’s okay if you don’t fully believe in yourself and the impact you can make on the world when you come to me. I will believe for both of us, until you do too. My job is to make you feel great about yourself and your life, and I am good at my job.

Most people lead mediocre lives. On their deathbeds, they look back and regret those lives. Not my clients.
