This was our first experience with a private chef, and what a fantastic choice. FunkyFeast were absolutely amazing, 10 if not more dishes combined together in an Asian Fusion theme. My guests and I were absolutely blown away by the *literal* feast Eric put on for my fiancé's 30th birthday celebration. Eric worked tirelessly with me to perfect the 3 course menu (including a family-style sharing plethora of BBQ'd mains, and two desserts) and was very open and proactive to tweaking dishes to suit the tastes of our guests. The night went without a hitch, Eric worked seamlessly with his teammate sorting everything behind the scenes in the kitchen, and presenting us with beautiful dish after beautiful dish. WOW! Where do I start? We had booked a tapas menu with Eric, but instead we got the equivalent of a high quality Michelen star 7 course taster menu. Eric's food was so flavoursome, so authentic yet so unique. Absolutely everything was amazing and dishes went so well together. We had the most amazing day, all thanks to Eric. A few days prior to meeting, Eric spent a lot of time working on a menu that would suit our family perfectly. He arrived early with a huge smile on his face and put us at ease straight away. Everything ran smoothly and to time. The presentation of the food was absolutely stunning, the tastes were exquisite, the drinks were refreshing and the dessert was spectacular. Everyone who came could not stop complimenting the food!
