Only good can come from this. Lift the veil of confusion, anxiety and overwhelming negativity by spending some quality time in the Now. Ruth is a remarkable woman who has given me much needed tools to cope with the day to day stresses of life. There are no words that can fully express the gratitude I feel. Let Ruth help you to help yourself. More...

Really enjoyed the walks which I have done with Mo in Bristol. A good investment in me and my wellbeing. Thank you Mo!

I recently joined Mo Sanders for a Fresh Air Fridays Walk. This was a walk with a difference. Mo is a delightful, caring individual who was very welcoming and professional. She was a great leader taking us on a gentle but exhilarating and beautiful walk starting at Snuff Mills on the outskirts of Bristol. She encouraged us to tune-in alternatively to the sounds and sights around us and to stop along the way to engage in some mindfulness exercises and meditation. There was time to enjoy the silence and time to engage in meaningful discussion on topics of self discovery. She very thoughtfully brought a selection of home made nutritional refreshments. This is a great opportunity to nurture the soul. Highly recommended. I will be joining Mo again to repeat the experience. More...

A wonderful morning of slowing down and literally smelling the roses! It was such a gift for me to step away from my desk and computer and get outside, connect with others, myself and with nature more deeply. Fabulous :-)

Q&As

I feel privileged to provide the support of our programmes and see the difference it makes in peoples lives.

I was already a coach when our daughter developed anorexia. As I supported her through to recovery I was frustrated that the things that made a difference were simple, though not always easy and it was a lot of effort for me to find them. Once she was well again I wanted other people to be able to access this stuff much more easily than I had.

One of the things that Katharine found was that being outside she could hear herself think in a way that she couldn't when she was inside. You can read about our experience here in the book we wrote. https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=Our+journey+with+anorexia&ref=nb_sb_noss

Fresh Air Fridays is my answer to allowing more people to access the tools that make such a massive difference.

Working through our programme gives you long term support that enables you to make changes that work for you. We know they work and we know that the changes are long term.

Working outside together with a group of other people will make the whole process much easier than you could imagine.

We will all experience pain in our lives, but we don't have to suffer. With our support, you can create a life you love.
