What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and to see the difference that can be made.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in health and social care for 26 years. I have found that we are being moved away from dealing with clients. I want to make a difference to people and help them take control again of their lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have 26 years experience and I am very keen on helping people. I do not tell people what too do, I will give suggestions and empower you to make the choice. From my vast working experience I am able to support people with mental health illness.

Yes I am able to offer telephone calls or video calls.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have had to switch to remote access rather than face to face appointments.

I have experience of working with people who have depression and need the support to manage the effects of depression.

I have supported people with anxiety and managing the effects of anxiety.
