I started with Louise at the end of August this year and what I've been able to achieve has been amazing. After not being able to train for almost 3 years I had lost strength, definition and gained quite a bit of weight. Working with Louise has changed all that and I'm now able to look at myself in the mirror again. I have a way to go but with Louise and my determination I'll get there so if you are looking for a great PT then Louise should be your first choice. More...

Luv the meal prep service. I was totally in a rut with my eating and developed bad habits. Louise's meals are always fresh, tasty and tailored to your requirements. I know that excess weight is associated with potentially serious health conditions — high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol — not to mention sleep apnea (which I was already experiencing), fatty liver disease, and back and knee problems, among other things. In January 2020 I embarked on a personal weight loss journey. I had had two surgeries back-to-back, in prior years and had gained considerable weight, to the point where my own body mass index was over 30 (obesity range). I connected with Louise at Frances Fitness after seeing many successes and decided to give it a go! Once all of the criteria, questionnaire paperwork was out of the way we were underway with a new plan. I chose a well-rounded, nutritious diet plan consisting of a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats (and also very low in carbohydrates). The plans were simple and easy to follow, not to mention fun too! Louise helps you with a shopping list and alternatives if you cannot find what you are looking for. I prepped food twice a week, Sunday’s and Wednesday’s. There was so much color in my foods, always appetizing. I can’t recommend Louise enough ! After years of yo-yo dieting and buying weird slimming things from the internet I have found the ideal relationship with food. All thanks to Louise who has made it simple and easy to follow. With a mixture of the nutritional plan and fitness plan I am losing weight, getting fitter and LOVING IT! Would definitely recommend Frances Fitness' weight gain plan, the meal plans are nice and can be adjusted to your likes and dislikes. The exercise plans are challenging but easy to follow. Excellent Pt. I would definitely recommend her. She’s given me a lot of knowledge and advice about fitness and nutrition. It’s made feel more confident working out alone on machines and equipment I would have once avoided.

The meal plans were delicious and included so much food. I live in Australia and that wasn’t an issue, Louise would tailor my plan for food in Australia and often what was on special which made it amazing. She would keep in touch to help with progress and motivation. Highly recommend! More...

Would highly recommend Frances Fitness! I’ve almost finished week 10 of 12 and feel so much better in myself as well as being more aware of my food choices. The nutrition plan caters around my vegetarian and allergy needs perfectly and I rarely feel hungry after my meals. The 24/7 support keeps me so motivated and even if i need the odd cheat meal (birthdays etc), Louise talks me through my options and helps me pick the best option from the menu to stay on track. After 6 weeks of the nutrition plan i started the training plan as well and found it so simple to follow and keep up with. As someone who has always struggled with exercise, the plan is suited for this and a i never feel as though i’m overdoing it. Can easily say this is the only plan i’ve stuck with for longer than 2 weeks so would recommend to absolutely anyone wanting to improve their health and fitness :) x More...

After just 6 weeks of personal training I am already feeling the difference. But, more importantly for me it has helped me get over my discomfort with going to the gym. Definitely recommend, she has both taught me how to exercise effectively and motivated me to work harder than I otherwise would. had to edit this to add Home PT sessions via video call, not something I'd usually have gone for. Not least because I don't own any gym equipment or weights. Under the current circumstances it was my best option. Honestly worked so much better than expected, feel like I've just had a session at the gym, Louise was able to create exercises using whatever I had around the house and pushed me to work just as hard as I would have done had I been at the gym. A full body workout done with no equipment and didnt leave the house. Exhausted and sweaty but feels good to be working out again. Highly recommend.... More...
