We have recently had our wedding at Oxleaze Barn an we cannot recommend this venue enough.Not only is Oxleaze Barn beautiful, the staff are amazing. They really go above and beyond to ensure everything goes perfectly. Kath, our on the day coordinator, was amazing. She seemed to be everywhere at once and helped make sure the day ran smoothly. She even helped ferry our evening food inside after an impromptu downpour stopped us from heading to the food van. I couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. More...

Thank you so much for helping to make our day really special! It was great to have such a stunning venue. The Oxleaze team helped to make our planning easier, and really made sure our day went seamlessly. On the day Kath and Mark were there behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry about a single thing, and we were able to fully appreciate and enjoy our day! Oxleaze is beautiful and it is clear that they listen to their couples and are continuously making improvements - from big things like the milling barn, which was a fantastic extra space, to smaller things like the firepit. We loved that we were able to choose from Oxleaze’s suppliers list while also having the flexibility to choose our own suppliers which meant that we were able to make our day really personal to us. What an amazing venue! Such a beautiful setting with so many options for styling and decorating. We had so many compliments on the space and loved every second of the weekend. Everyone was so lovely and incredibly organised which made it so easy for us to have the relaxed wedding we wanted. Having the cottage on site as well was so handy and it really is beautiful! I was here providing sound and mobile disco for a wedding celebration. However, my impression of the Barn was extremely favourable. The Barn itself is lovely with immaculate grounds and was beautifully presented inside and out. The staff were even better - very friendly, exceptionally well organised and helpful to a fault. It made my job really easy and I would be entirely happy to be asked back to support further events there. We held our entire wedding (ceremony and reception) at Oxleaze Barn in July 2018. In our 50's... Determined not to make an 'industry' out of wedding planning it was the only venue we viewed and we knew it was perfect from the start. The barn is light and airy but cool so our guests were comfortable in the summer heat. The space is flexible so weddings can be held in or outside - on our day the weather was changable but Katherine was so helpful and flexible about waiting to the very last minute to put the chairs out so we CV could get married outside as she knew how much we wanted to. The enclosed grounds are perfect for drinks, children's games & we had a fish & chip van in the evening that went down a storm. The marsh mallows toasting on the firepit was also a hit. The addition of the milling barn was perfect for evening dancing, with space in the main barn for people to sit down.and have some quiet time if they chose to. We didn't do much decorating as the barn is beautiful as it is. We just had bunting and fresh flowers and the simple. Shabby chic look worked brilliantly. The staff at the watering hole did a great job and were efficient and professional along with being friendly to all our guests. The flexibility of using any outside caterer was also a benefit. Being able to stay at the Stable cottage was so lovely and convenient - it really was the icing on the cake. So if you are looking for a fexible, beautiful space in the Cotswolds to get married in, with a team who are invested in.doing everything they can to ensure your day is perfect I would highly recommend Oxleaze Barn. Oxleaze Barn was such a wonderful venue for our wedding, not only because it is such a stunning building in a beautiful setting, but because the team behind it are so helpful and friendly. With the expansion of the Milling Barn, there was so much space for our guests to use and it made such a great setting for the live band. Katharine answered all of our questions, and the whole team were happy to give advice about how best to plan our day. There was plenty of time to set up, and we loved the fact we had control over how to dress the venue and which suppliers to use. Having Kath on hand on the day meant that any niggles could easily be dealt with, and we knew all our vendors had someone to liaise with. A massive massive thank you to Katharine and Hannah at Oxleaze Barn! My partner and I got married there a few weeks ago and it was just the most perfect venue! Katharine and Hannah were extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process and we couldn’t have done it without them. Execution on the day was flawless and all our guests absolutely loved the venue. My partner and I were after an authentic Cotswolds farmhouse barn and after viewing at lease a dozen venues we finally visited Oxleaze and immediately fell in love with the Barn and it’s beautiful surroundings. The Oxleaze team were a joy to work with and we knew immediately that we had made the perfect venue choice. Love, Love, Love Oxleaze Barn & It will forever hold a special place in my heart, this beautiful venue hosted the best day of mine and my partners life! ! The barn is just the most stunning place to host a wedding or a reception come rain or shine. We had mixed weather on our wedding day but that didn't stop people enjoying the beautiful grounds. What we love about Oxleaze is that you can create the wedding you want, they have preferred suppliers but are very accommodating if you want to go off piste. We viewed the barn on several different occasions and no two weddings were the same. The ladies are always on hand with any questions/queries you may have and on the actual wedding day are the ultimate professionals, they keep you in the loop so you know what's going on but also manage any issues that arise very quickly. We absolutely loved Oxleaze Barn as our venue - and so did our guests! It's a somewhat hidden gem which I think which makes it extra special. The barn itself is beautiful and was the perfect size for, and the outdoor space is perfect for your guests to mill about enjoying their drinks in different little areas. We had beautiful weather but I knew the space would be fine should we end up with a rainy day. You are free to decorate as you wish so you can add your personal touch very easily (although even if you left the barn completely untouched it is naturally gorgeous). The stone and surrounding gardens if you choose to use them for photos are unbelievable. Hannah, Kath and Katie were so lovely and helpful right the way through. I cannot recommend this venue enough. We used Oxleaze barn for our wedding in June 2017. The venue is stunningly beautiful with real character and the events team couldnt have been more helpful. They made sure everything ran smoothly on the day and spoke directly with our suppliers to ensure everything was in place before the day. We used the private gardens for our couples photo's which offered some beautiful settings and back grounds. Would certainly recommend. The perfect location for anyones special day.
