I run a small building company and outsource elements to specialists where needed. Part of our current project was the supply and installation over an oversize set of Bifold doors.
Due to the height, these came in kit form for assembly on site.
We found John and Forsyth Home Improvements Ltd via a job tendering site. There were three contractors who expressed an interest but John was leaps and bounds ahead of the competition in regards to customer focus, and a can do approach and thus we needed to look no further. A site survey was carried out and John and his team booked in to do the install.
They arrived promptly, were professional in approach and regardless of the inclement weather pushed on to complete the complex assembly and installation of the door set. In less than a few hours the doors were in and working, John took time to explain the operation to our client and said any issues in the future he would return to remedy asap.
We were so impressed with Forsyth Home Improvements Ltd that we booked them in to install two windows for us.
