Following the sad passing of our beloved Sukie, Sue the owner a lovely lady, made saying goodbye a little easier, showing compassion and lays of understanding,nothing was to much trouble. an individual cremation, a straightforward, reasonable fee with out any add ons.we were given a certificate of individual cremation, The heart-shaped urn we chose for Sukie was presented in a lovely velvet bag a nice card with her paw print and hair for a keepsake,went back same day to take her home. I lost my girl in 2016 I had no idea of a pet cremation other than the one through pdsa. Who I had used previously for my boy (would not recommend). However sue made it so much better. I knew my girl would be cremated on her own and I was able to wait. It didn’t feel like a business just after your money everything was down with pure love and care. I had my girl returned in her casket with her name a beautiful card with her fur and her foot prints. I unfortunately lost my boy a year later and again sue was no different from the first time. Lucious is a special dog & it was very important to me to find somewhere beautiful in every way for his body's final journey. ..This place is magical .. Breathtaking surroundings.. Sue kindness & Ethos is everything you could want for your loved one.. everything is personal not rushed .. After the loss of our girl Charley, we took her to Forget me not pet crematorium. Sue is a lovely lady, knew we had left her in the best hands for her final journey. Very personal service, beautiful, peaceful surroundings. I will never use the vet again for our pets cremation as I have in the past. You know where your baby is and when the cremation is taking place. Beautiful cards with paw print and hair as keepsake with a beautiful casket. Sue went above and beyond in helping me arranging a cremation for my Carol. She met with me late at night and it seemed no bother whatsoever. She’s friendly, welcoming & I have been overwhelmed with the return of my girl.. It’s so much more than I was expecting! Sue is a lovely, caring lady who made us feel very comforted after the passing of our dog, Angel. She was able to accomodate us at very short notice, and was extremely helpful at such a hard time. The ashes are in a pretty urn, and we also received a paw print of Angel's, and a lock of her hair, which were really sweet touches and will be cherished. Her services were also really well priced. Sue is such a nice ,warm caring lady. when you have just lost your best friend and the pain is so bad she came and helped so much. She took our beautiful little dog away from our home and we had her back the next day , that is so important and you don't know this untill it happens to you. We went to the farm to get Maisie and the whole experience was relaxed and peaceful. I did not know what I wanted to do with her ashes and Sue was just so understanding , she did not rush us . My husband and I decided to have a heart casket and it's beautiful along with the beautiful paw print card she gave us and some of her hair all done so tastefully and now she is home with us . It was fate we found Forget me not! We knew our beloved Louie was poorly and it was only a matter of time and I had everything planned out in my head for when the time came, only it didn't go quite to plan as the crematorium we were going to use was shut! The nurse at the vets did a search and Forget me not popped up! What a lovely place and lovely people at such an emotional time! (I was glad the other place was shut.) We were given time to say goodbye and I cannot thank Sue and I think it was Lucy enough for being there and making it a lovely personal experience. I found out my darling fur baby passed away when I was travelling in India. I had to liaise with Sue, owner of this business over email and call her when I arrived back in the UK. I have never undergone the grief of losing a fur baby or had any prior knowledge of what to do and what to expect. My girl had to be kept in cold storage for just under two weeks.Sue was informative, professional, reassuring and above all genuinely compassionate. I had no concern about leaving my fur baby's body in her respectful hands. I opted for a private cremation and took as much time as I needed to say goodbye to her body (which is so important). What Sue offers as an overall service really gives you closure and made me confident that I dealt with her death in the best way possible.Sue also gives you a piece of your animals fur and a pawprint along with a certificate of individual cremation. My partner and I are eternally greatful. She also sacrificed her plans on Valentines day to see us. More...

We were so heart broken when our boys passed and even more distraught when we got quotes from other places to have them cremated so we could take them home.
