We used Forensiclean in December this year for a domestic clean of a new home that we'd recently purchased . Unfortunately the previous occupiers had not left the house in a habitable state and a considerable clean up operation was required. The team arrived on time as planned and went to work room by room. We returned to the property less than 24 hours later and found it difficult to believe it was the same property. Every room was spotless, carpets, skirting boards, oven, bathrooms, cupboards , just everything!! The kitchen had been completely transformed. I have mobility problems which have prevented me from keeping my home completely clean. Having to ask for help was difficult, it's embarrassing and frustrating. When Mike & Claire came round,to look and see what needed to be done, they were very kind and professional. They advised me, taking into account what I wanted, the best service at the best price. The ladies that came to do the work were really lovely and worked so hard to put my home back together again. My home looks amazing and I feel like a massive weight has lifted. I anticipated a great deal of stress throughout this process, but it wasn't like that at all. We cover general house cleans including; move in/move out, oven cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning through to more complex sanitisation, mould remediation and insect infestation. We are now also able to deal with flood and water damage to properties.
