I always take pride in my work and enjoy making the buffets.
All sandwiches & fillings, coleslaw, quiche, cupcakes, buttercream gateaux, cheesecakes are homemade. I also make a tuna or veg pasta, cheese board, cocktail sausages, sausage rolls, pate & bread, dips & crudities and if you want, cheese & pineapple on sticks. I always use butter in the sandwiches and Hellman's mayo.

Freshly made cupcakes & large decorated buttercream sponges.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Offering a wide selection of sandwich fillings. Finding out what it is the customer requires and fulfilling the request.
What do you love most about your job?
I just love to prepare and cook food and to make sure it looks tip top.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was made redundant from the bakery where i had worked since i was 15.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am not the most expensive caterer and my buffets look really good, you will get good value for your money.
