What do you love most about your job?
I've always liked to see where the body and mind can go - depending on what fuel you put in you, and what activity you're undertaking. I'm 41 years old, and looking back, have always been intrigued by how this combo can improve your wellbeing immensely. I've played football through my 20's and 30's, always had a keen interest in running and marathons, and most recently strength training in the gym to help with old injuries.
In recent years, all this has pushed me to study and learn more, and gain knowledge in a field I've always truly enjoyed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My name is Ian Stafford - with 'FLS' being the initials of my young daughters. They are my added drive for beginning this company, as I truly believe a healthy diet combined in the right way with exercise or sport - can be both infectious and an inspiration to others.
