Every element of service from Florentina was beyond incredible, and I am not sure that words can really fully convey just how blown away we were by our whole experience, or how grateful we are that we found them to cater our special day, it really did make it super special. The food itself was truly spectacular, and everything we hoped for. Our guests haven't stopped talking about it, and everyone was genuinely stunned that such exceptional quality and calibre catering could be delivered on such a large scale. We are so grateful that Jake and Annabelle took the time to develop our menu with us, listen to everything we wanted and to personalise it so completely to our tastes and preferences, as well as every conceivable need or requirement of any of our guests. The food is of course important, but the service we received over the 15 month build-up from the whole team - and particularly Annabelle - really elevated our whole experience. The level of professionalism in the service, from the first enquiry email to the follow-up after our wedding, coupled with clearly a complete passion for the job and a genuine and authentic personal interest in ensuring that our day was perfect, is certainly not something that we took for granted. We were lucky enough to have Florentina do all the catering over our three day wedding and I cannot recommend them enough! The whole team are just so lovely and they were absolutely excellent, the food was delicious and the service was second to none. Honestly we don’t think it could have gone better! Everyone is still raving about the food especially the curries, the canapes and I quote ‘the best fried chicken burger ever’! We can’t thank Natalie and Jake enough for all of the time and effort they put into helping us plan and to make our vision become a reality! They helped us so much, as we came up with new ideas creating a completely bespoke menu and were also so helpful in working out all the logisitcs for the weekend. Then over the actual wedding Natalie was amazing managing and overseeing everything, essentially like a wedding planner she really went above and beyond and we are so grateful. We used Florentina for our wedding catering. From the very first time of meeting them for our tasting session, the email's sorting out exactly how we wanted the day to run all the way to the day was one of the most professional, friendly and efficient services. Annabelle answered my most ridiculous questions, gave me confidence and reassurance, made suggestions when I was stuck and was so very organised. On the day her and her team gave me and my husband so much confidence and while working alongside the organiser at our venue made the day go so smoothly. They thought of everything, added little touches, made sure they didn't miss a trick and the food was served flawlessly. Many of our guests commented on the amazing flavours and presentation, "the best wedding meal I've ever had" was overheard many a time. The waiting staff were friendly, efficient and it was the little details that perhaps you wouldn't normally mention in a review that were really memorable for me e.g. the staff coming out of the kitchen to complement me and wish me luck as I was walking to the aisle, the waiting staff saying goodbye at the end of their shift, sometimes it's the little things as well as the big which make a day and it has to be said Florentina covered it all. What can I say - Florentina were exceptional in every way! We hired them for our wedding and had the canapes, beef wellington main and evening food too. The food was exceptional from start to finish and a number of our guests told us it was the best beef wellington they had ever had! From the start to the end, Florentina was brilliant at communication, ensuring every last detail was covered, and emailing back in record time! (thanks Annabelle!). The event was then coordinated by Tessa, who walked through the whole schedule with me and was extremely efficient and attentive to every detail. Annabelle, Jake and the team catered for our wedding at Henham Barns last weekend, and they were exceptional from start to finish. All of the food was delicious. So many of our 120 guests asked us to pass compliments to the chef. Tessa and Natalie and Jake you are all fab! Absolutely amazing wedding service and food throughout our wedding day! All the staff were so polite, attentive (especially for me and my groom) and the food was incredible! So many of our guests said how amazing it was and never eaten such a fabulous Beef Wellington and the trio (or triathlon as we had a cycling themed wedding day) of desserts was delicious. WOW!! Florentina we salute you!! Florentina catered for our wedding at Voewood this month and I am still in awe of what they did! If your venue does not provide any event management or onsite help then look no further than Florentina. Not only is the food outstanding but the level of service in the run up to the event (all email comms, food tasting etc was bang on), during prep and on the day itself was second to none. No detail was missed, no request too small or too big to be ignored. Our guests are still complimenting the food (canapés best EVER said many) and the attentive service from the Florentina team. I've been meaning to write this for while! We contracted Florentina for our wedding at West Lexham Sept 2018. They did canapes, wedding breakfast and evening food for approx 110 people. Dealing with Annabelle was very professional. The canapes on the day were fantastic (wild board arancini were favourites), wedding breakfast was also cooked and presented perfectly, we had a sharing platter to start which everyone loved. It took a long time to get the mains out, however all of our guests were enjoying themselves and didn't seem to mind. Overall quality of food was excellent. The front of house staff were an absolute credit and joined in the fun. Only reason I give 4 stars is that no one contacted us after to check in and see how it all went. When considering they are not a cheap company, and we spent a significant amount of money & it was our wedding day, a check back would have been nice. More...

I would say Natalie is the supplier from Florentina who we had most communication with over the months of planning. Not once were we disappointed with the amount of time we had a response, nor the professional approach she took in making our wedding day especially unique. Natalie helped us throughout our journey of wedding planning and without her guidance, we would have been completely lost. I can not recommend Florentina more highly, Annabelle and her team of staff and Jake and his kitchen team made our wedding totally perfect. In a marquee with a 50mph gale and -5 they created delicious canapés, venison, pudding, martinis and a full bar which kept the whole party going. I am not sure there are enough words to describe how amazing Florentina is. We used them for our wedding last week and I could not fault them for even the smallest thing. Annabelle is probably the most organised person I have ever met and her professional and no fuss approach made the whole process from beginning to end so easy for us.We wanted something very simple for our wedding food and Jake came up with a menu just for us and within our budget. Every single person at our wedding commented on how amazing the food was and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. Wonderful from start to finish. We had the pleasure of experiencing Florentina at our best friends' wedding, and knew nobody else would top them at our own, so didn't try anyone else. The tasting experience was wonderful - I did not expect to be eating a full 3 course meal with canapes! In the run up to the wedding, nothing was too much trouble. We were looking for a professional catering company to cook a special meal for a party of 8 at a rented house in Norfolk for my mum's 70th birthday. We researched a few companies, contacted a couple and could not have been happier with the service from Florentina. To us this occasion was so special and we wanted it to be perfect and it most certainly was! I used Florentina to cater my weekend yoga retreat at the stunning West Lexham retreat centre. They did a great job, and are lovely people who are a real pleasure to work with, and are very well-organised and efficient. The food was all really good, and in particular my guests raved about the avocado toast and poached eggs and the granola we had for breakfast, and the home-made scones for afternoon tea were also a total winner. Nice touches that are included in the price are the constant supply of fresh fruit and also lots of different types of dried fruit and nuts, and the huge selection of teas and different milks to have with them. Florentina were all I could have hoped for. There were 60 of us and I did not have to worry about a thing from the minute they arrived. The amazing canapés set the scene for what proved to be a superb event (my 60th Birthday Party on the 3rd Feb). One of our dishes involved a poached egg. How on earth did they serve 60 perfect poached eggs!! The next day my daughter looked at me and said "I wish they could come again". Florentina did all the catering for our wedding in Norfolk and were PHENOMENAL. We loved everything from how quick they were to respond to emails, to the fabulous tasting and their flawless work in the run-up to the wedding and on the day itself.
