A cannot recommend flex fitness enough a started going to the gym just over a year and a half ago. I have lost 7 stone 11 pounds and feel so healthy and fit. never in a million years would a have ever thought a could do a sit up never mind bootcamp!!! david and Martin both put 100% into helping everyone and everyone that goes to the gym is so friendly the best wee gym in the toon. thank u flex fitness xx More...

Class is great. David makes exercise fun. Keeps the exercise in your comfort zone no matter what level. First time in 43 years I have enjoyed exercising. Need more nights of boxerbeat. X

Been going to boxerbeat for a few weeks now, it's a fab class, really energetic and fun, gives you a great workout in a comfortable surrounding,would highly recommend the class for beginners or pro's.

I love the classes I’ve tried so far at Flex Fitness so much so I travel +20 mile each way! I started going to Boxerbeat In February and thoroughly enjoy it, it’s a great atmosphere for a fun workout to banging tunes with a good mix of folk. Due to working shifts (& the odd holiday ) I can’t always make Wednesday nights so I gave Boxercise a go last Friday, It was tough, I was still feeling the affects on Monday so it was definitely worth while! I look forward to the classes, David spurs you on, keeps you on your toes, makes sure everyone’s getting the most out of their time here & still manages to make it fun & enjoyable too More...

I would definitely recommend FLEX Fitness to anyone...I stated in January after not having done any exercise for a good few months. David is excellent he pushes you to work hard, encouraging you and making sure you are doing the exercises right. Started Flex Fitness about 6 weeks ago and love it! I always get bored in standard gyms but the classes David runs are so varied so I am never bored. David is very motivational pushing you to do that little bit more every class I struggled with a sit up my first week now I’m signed up to do Tough Mudders!! Classes are always fun with a great group of people who are so friendly! I always leave with a smile on my face if a little sore in the leg, arms, shoulders, Abs department! I can already see a change in my weight, my energy levels and general mood so don’t delay come and join in you won’t regret it!! More...

If anyone is considering joining a gym, I would 100% recommend Flex Fitness. I’ve always complained about my weight and how unfit I was for years. A 6 week programme was advertised for people who were looking to make a change in their lifestyle and I decided to sign up. I can’t believe how much your body can change in only 6 weeks and I am so so pleased with the results so far! Not only do you loose weight and inches, you feel more energised! I cannot thank you enough for totally changing my mindset and actually getting me to enjoy the gym! I joined Flex 6 weeks ago and haven’t looked back! Not only do I feel fitter, ive dropped a dress size and feel better in myself. David and his team are really helpful and encourage you to meet your goals. They are always on hand to help with nutrition and any other advice you need. Before joining FLEX I hadn't done a day of exercise in the 4/5 years prior!! I'd gained a lot of wait before and during 2 pregnancies and knew I had to lose it! David offers fantastic classes, the majority which you can take the kids too meaning there's no reason why you can't exercise!! As a result I have more energy, sleep better, have lost weight and inches. I'm happier in myself and my mood has lifted. It's an amazing team to be a part of. I have been to a few pt sessions now with David and I have loved it and felt great after them. Every session is different and David really pushes me to really feel the benefits! I feel sick during most of the sessions...which is the sign of a good personal trainer ��. Highly recommended! More...

I started the boot camps at Flex Fitness in July this year. David & Ellis are fantastic coaches and while it's really hard work, the feeling at the end of a session is great knowing you've got through it with their help & encouragement. Really enjoyed the new Blockfit class. Definitely worth a go if you're looking for something enjoyable but works you hard. Music is fun and will have you singing along, moves are simple.but challenging and the yoga/relaxation to finish is a welcome relief. More...

Just finished first 8 week block of bootcamp at Flex Fitness and have signed up for another! I feel so much fitter and healthier from when I started and can't wait to see the results of the next block, the classes are brill, always different and challenge you every time, David really motivates and helps everyone, would definitely recommend Flex Fitness!

I am half way through my 1st Fit Body Bootcamp at Flex Fitness & can already see an improvement in my fitness by attending 3 classes a week. I hadn't exercised for about 2 years and was beginning to feel unhappy with how I looked. David has helped me start to change my body shape & think differently about my eating habits, the difference in a short space of time is great. Flex Fitness is a friendly and comfortable gym where no one judges you as we are all there for the same purpose. Im a fairly new member of flex fitness only having joined 6 weeks ago as a friend recommended me to join as I had not been to the gym in 3 months and was beginning to feel unhappy with how I looked. In the space of 6 weeks David and Nicola have helped me start to change my body shape by attending 3-4 classes a week, the difference in such a short space of time is great, I cannot thank them both enough for pushing me and coaching me at each and every class the way they do with all their members. Flex is such a friendly and comfortable gym where judgement is left at the door and everyone does what they can manage, can't wait to see my results in 6 month if this is only 6 weeks thanks guys what a team! I was a bit sceptical about this when I started. I hadn't exercised in about 10 years. The first few nights were tough and I came out like a beetroot and hurt like he'll for a week but it got easier as I stuck with it. I couldn't do a sit up or press-up when I started, now I can do them although still need to get better �. There is such a wide range of classes. I wish I had more time to go to more however the ones I do I thoroughly enjoy. We got weighed after the first month the block and everyone lost cms from their bodies. Just shows...you can get fit and have a laugh at the same time. The members make it and the flex fitness team are outstanding. My friends kids go to the flex kids class and think it's wonderful. They have made lots of friends and moan when they can't go. Would recommend that anyone come along and give it a go. It's for all fitness levels and there are a wide range of classes and personal training to suit everybody. Happy training! More...

I started David's bootcamp back in April 2016 - I was very unhealthy and unfit. I went with the goal of getting a bit fitter but wasn't sure what to expect. After the first few classes I was really sore but stuck at it and now I am so happy I did. I began to go to more and more of the flex fitness classes and they were all brilliant! I really enjoy the boxercise to destress at the end of the week. David knows how to push you without you feeling pressured which is perfect so you can feel comfortable no matter wheat level of fitness you have. I have now lost a lot of weight (dropped 3 dress sizes) and feeling healthier and much fitter. I could barely do 3 burpees at the beginning but now I can do at least 30 in a row! I can see my body shape changing and its giving me so much more confidence. I now go to every class I can because I enjoy it so much! I cant thank David and the flex fitness crew enough for helping me achieve my goals and more! Would definitely recommend flex fitness! More...

My daughter goes to kids club and loves it, very energetic and lots of fun and a great way to burn her excess energy as she's not getting outside to play due to bad weather, there is so much more she can do physically now that she couldn't do before joining club, she has also introduced some of her school friends to the club and they love it ! !! David is definitely deserving of this 5 star rating, the kids love him. More...
