As a 45 year old women who’s dipped her toes into everything from cross fit to only weights based training, I have been super impressed when training with Paul. After a weights based program , yes I’d built muscle but lost that fit feeling ( run for bus stuff). Paul listened to what I wanted to get out of the sessions, we never went through the motions like can happen when you have P.T. It was interesting and varied (pad work, conditioning,rounds in the ring). Pauls style of training, well let’s just say I’m hooked- and my right hooks improved too ! To all you ladies out there, don’t be put off by the lack of Hairdryers and fancy gym machines . I visited Paul Fiske for a 1-2-1 Boxing session at his Longbenton base & was not disappointed one bit. Paul has a great approach to coaching, a calm yet motivating tone that makes you feel instantly at ease in his company. I plan to book more sessions with Paul, and expect to get great results as his session pushed me to the max. It was everything I wanted from a Boxing 1-2-1 including pad work, bag work, high intensity interval training, warm up/warm down. Great tips for improving body shots also. I started 5 months ago without any fitness , before i was doing weights no cardio , i have lost 2 stone , and my fitness is better now than when i was 18 joining the army , i highly recomend starting flatsnout boxing if you want to lose weight , get fit, learn to box , or any fitness related sports ,

Started training with Paul after having my first baby and wanting to get myself back in shape whilst building my fitness level back up. I can honestly say that I love it! Was anxious at first but having no previous boxing experience didn't matter, Paul put me at ease. The workouts are always varied, manage to hold my interest and more importantly keep me motivated to keep going and put the effort in to my diet and working myself hard to get the great results I wanted. Iv only had 7 sessions with Paul and already it's very evident that my body is changing shape! Everything looks tighter and more defined. I have known Paul for over 10 years and knew his boxing history. Had my first session with him as preparation for an upcoming fight and was blown away not only with the exercise he has me doing and pushing me to my limits but also fine tuning aspects of my boxing ability, practicing individual shots looking forward to my next session with him.
