I started training in 2013 , but has been an active in fitness for past 8 years. Originally from Ukraine , where I pursue Masters of Law and Masters of Ecology and Environment Protection.
Ambition in life and to achieve my dreams, I moved to UK and finished Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 In Personal Trainer and Nutrition
I take a vested interest in clients and emphasise that being fit is a lifestyle, not just a goal. If You ask any of the my clients what is their favorite part of training with me, many of them will say it is stretching. I incorporate a good stretch into each workout , personally focusing on problem areas. My experience me knows how to open up tight muscles as is core of workout to save any wear and tear of muscles
Fitness Philosophy - Finding a healthy balance between what a client wants and giving them what they need. We have only one body, so we need to look after it!
How do I Stay in Shape - I lift weights four or five times a week and do run classes in in gym which I work for, so I have opportunity do cardio classes with members while I am giving them good motivation and high pace.
Best Advice- I Like to be upfront and honest with clients. Fitness is a long-term commitment. Once reach your initial goals, you cannot stop and expect to maintain those achievements. Also you cannot expect to undo in one day whole lifetime.
