I was finding it tough to motivate myself and get back in the gym after a long break. I'm so glad I found Mitch, he's perfect for me. Mitch is an amazing Personal trainer. incredibly professional at all times. Every single session is thought through, planned and tailored to my goal. In addition to this he is flexible and so if on the day my needs change because I've had a very physical weekend in the garden then he will alter the exercises to either work a different muscle set or change the style of exercise to ease the overworked muscles. Mitch is very knowledgeable and always gives advice so I can effectively workout in between our sessions. Also tips with food which I find very useful as I have always struggled with my diet. Mitch is motivational which encourages me to push myself and make changes which is great as I am already seeing improvements.

I am Mitch's client. I needed to find a personal trainer that I felt at ease with and who would be prepared to come to my home .

Mitch tailor makes exercise programmes that vary from week to week. I love the different styles of training and the expertise that he brings to each set of reps. He checks stance, position and his anatomy knowledge is exemplary.
I am starting to notice that my strength and tone is improving week by week, and as a result I am enjoying an improvement in my health generally.

Mitch is fun, knowledgable, and incredibly personable. He is professional and most importantly inspiring.

I recommend Mitch highly - he is a really great guy to know!

I would not hesitate to recommend Mitch at Fitness Evolution. As a "middle aged mum" I am pretty much fighting a losing battle, but with Mitch on side I feel that the odds are certainly evened out! I am not naturally inclined to exercise, but he comes with different programmes each session so that I don't get bored. He is very encouraging, and manages to get me to do more sit/press ups, lift more weight and skip for longer than I think is possible. He brings his own equipment, so all you need is a bit of room. I have found that my fitness and strength are greatly improved, Mitch works out what you need, and just gets you to do it. More...

By listening to what my clients want to achieve and not by just training them to what I feel. My first question is to any client what do you want to achieve from your training. Clients normally give three or four different targets. Secondly, I would ask out of those targets which is the most important one to them. From there I will develop a programme with their first target as priority and the others will follow on. E.g I have an ex-cancer client who has to build her bone density so we will work on compound exercises. At Fitness Evolution we invest back into our clients so they have the best top of the line machines to train our clients on.

Self discipline and strong will to work hard to accomplish.

It was always my passion I have been into fitness since I was 15yrs of age. I wanted to make a difference to people well bean. I can say So far I have done a great job so I am very pleas with my choice.
