I would not hesitate to recommend Mitch at Fitness Evolution. As a "middle aged mum" I am pretty much fighting a losing battle, but with Mitch on side I feel that the odds are certainly evened out! I am not naturally inclined to exercise, but he comes with different programmes each session so that I don't get bored. He is very encouraging, and manages to get me to do more sit/press ups, lift more weight and skip for longer than I think is possible. He brings his own equipment, so all you need is a bit of room.
