What a year!...started my Fitness 50 journey in March as I had decided to run 5k and needed some extra help...fast forward 9 months and I've run 5k and 5k pretty muddy. ..I've lost inches and pounds and gained muscles where I didnt think existed (in me anyway). It has been hard work but all done in a relaxed and fun environment...Jules is awesome!!
