Probably the best fitness company in the area, I lost more than 6 stone through signing up for personal training and am now a member of the FITBEING Barbell Club, all classes are coached, I feel fitter and healthier than I ever have in my life, have made amazing friends and love lifting weights. Had great fun at my first fitbeing boot camp at Eynsham hall today (Saturday 9-10:30am) covered in mud, under water and lots of climbing. Great encouragement and everyone helped it each others. Lots of laughs too. Will be back again! ! Thanks Toby More...

What can I say?! The outdoor obstacle course bootcamps help you get fit but are most of all fun - you're so busy thinking about what might be coming next that you forget about the aches and pains! Anyone planning on doing a mud race should include these sessions in their training. Indoor bootcamps get you sweating from the start and are well designed to work different parts of the body. Only trained at the bootcamp sessions at Carterton community college and it is brilliant. Toby and the other staff of Fit Being are amazing, the activities are very fun and work you very hard. You always come out of a session completely knackered but with a big smile on your face, I would recommend this to anyone as the results are amazing! Joined around 2 yrs ago.. my aim was to get fit and loose some weight.
Toby is an amazing instructor who knows how to get the very best out of each and every person.
The classes are fun but hard and the people who attend are amazing too.
He also has the support of nadine and becky who also adds enthusiasm and fun to the beginners courses which are perfect if your just starting out..
Everybody who wants to get fit or loose a few pounds should give it a go, nothing to loose BUT weight and every thing to gain FREINDS..

I started FITBeing during a pretty difficult time in my life. I have always preferred fitness classes over just visiting the gym and was looking for something challenging and a bit different. FITBeing is both of these and so much more; I have met so many new people and feel part of something really positive and supportive which is a rarity, let alone in a fitness class! They say exercise is the best medicine, along with laughter; Toby's classes succeed in both and have really helped me get through. Toby knows when to push you but also when to offer encouragement, not many instructors know when to do that and that's what makes the ethos he has created so special. since joining FitBeing sessions, I have not only lost loads of weight, been given sound advice on fitness, health, eating and well being.
I have also made some fantastic friends in a really welcoming atmosphere.
actually taking the step to exercise is the hardest first step but choosing the right place to do it is the next and I cant recommend choosing FitBeing more, best thing I have done and now I am addicted!

Thought I'd write a new review as I now do different classes with Toby at Fitbeing. Over the last few months I've done the kettle bell training, boxercise, bootcamps and the new circuit training, I found all classes have really improved my over all fitness and strength levels. Everything from cardio to different muscle groups are covered, Toby is always including new excercises and his determination and obvious passion for what he does is certainly contagious. When I've finished a class and come out dripping with sweat and aching with a massive grin on my face I know I've had a great workout!! I've recommended Fitbeing to lots of people, purely on merit of the class. You get out what you put in. Can't recommend them enough. More...

If you want a fun way to improve your fitness then fitbeing is the place to be,The outdoor bootcamp is the best training for any ocr events you may be thinking of entering. Toby is always willing to take time to help you get the best from your workout and everyone leaves the session with a big smile on their face which for me speaks volumes about the people and the atmosphere.Plus theres lots of mud.
Give it a go people,it does'nt matter what your fitness level is because you can train at your own pace.

Joining Fitbeing was the best thing I ever did!! I am so much healthier and happy! All classes are expertly put together and delivered by Toby who is the best instructor, I can't say enough to express how much Fitbeing has changed my life and honestly if anyone wants to get fitter this is the only way to do it! ��

All of my sessions were challenging, informative and fun! Toby has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that is reassuring when you are building your confidence with weight training. In a short amount of time, I felt that my technique and confidence with handing heavy weight improved enormously. Fitbeing has repeatedly been recommended to me and I finally stopped putting it off, took the plunge and joined on the ‘learn to lift’ class. I have not been disappointed. Toby is a brilliant instructor, there is a fab atmosphere and everyone is encouraging, welcoming, friendly and supportive ! He makes you work hard and really push yourself but in a very positive way. Absolutely loved my fist session. I'm a regular gym goer anyway but gained some really helpful tips and techniques. Even achieved a PB. First time I've never done an assault course run before - really opened up my eyes to my level of overall fitness. Great motivation and enthusiasm from Toby and the crew, yet respectful and sympathetic to your limits, so don't be afraid to give it a go!
