We offer the complete Personal Training Package. Whether you require to lose body fat or get fit for a specific event we can design and deliver a truly personalised programme. We utilise Giocentric Fitness Hub for our sessions in Shrewsbury and also offer a mobile service.

Ive had 3 pt sessions with John now and i love them. The exercises are always fun and get you working hard. John is professional, knowledgeable and doesnt make you feel silly when you get things wrong. I highly recommend John for pt! �

What a fantastic pt session with John. It's been a long time since I have done any sort of exercise. John instantly put me at ease with his friendly positive approach. I had a few personal trainer lessons before I tried John. He completely listens to your goals and makes you feel comfortable and competent in what you are doing. Women's Personal Safety/Self Defence - liberating, invigorating, & empowering!
I really can't recommend highly enough this workshop run by Fit4Purpose.
John & Alexia are an absolute joy, delivering a comprehensive & holistic session with sensitivity & great support. We learned so much in such a relatively short space of time, it was a really informative session, confidence boosting..& FUN too!
Seriously, DO IT! ... & your daughters, your sisters, your mothers & your girlfriends...get them to do it too.

John is an amazing trainer covering all aspects to fitness plus some you've probably never utilised. Over the first few sessions he gets to know what makes you tick then the programme fits round your strengths whilst improving your weaknesses.
John helps you to become the person that you've always wanted to be at a physical level and so much more.
I highly recommend him to anyone that's wants to fulfil any fitness goal at any level.

My children and their two friends recently attended a "BullyProof" session at Fit4Purpose and it was truly excellent.

John was absolutely fantastic with the kids (4 boys
under 10yrs) and they were fully engaged in all aspects of the teaching including group discussion and practical follow up.

They came away raving about the session and couldn't wait to show their respective Dads everything they had been taught!!!

Highly recommended!!!

I can highly recommend John. I've trained with him at various points over the years and these are undoubtedly the times when I've been in my best shape. We've trained together in Shropshire, and also when we both ended up in London at the same time. He was always able to adapt to my needs and make it interesting for someone who doesn't regard themselves as a regular exerciser/gym goer. So much so that I looked forward to our next session. We did a lot of boxing through intense pad work and also brought in lots of other high intensity interval training techniques. I'm still in London so will miss him. He's just a great bloke as well. I have been taken my son to fit 4 purpose for over a year. John has been so encouraging to D working on fitness, core stability and coordination to name a few. D has improved his boxing skills no end. My son struggled with large group sessions and has made a big improvement with the 1:1 fit4purpose training session and is always keeping the sessions interesting with providing new challenges.

I have been attending group PT sessions with John in Shrewsbury for nearly a year and have found it to be a session I enjoy and really look forward to each week. I have also had one to one sessions in the run up to the Bolton Ironman and this was a great help in developing my core strength and confidence to complete the course. I've been training with PT John for 4 weeks after almost a year of going it alone in the gym and getting into a non productive rut. He is encouraging and enthusiastic and has made me re think how I work out to achieve my goals. I have whole new attitude and a whole new fitness regime which love. I have already recommended John to friends and would highly recommend him to anyone especially if you feel silly, self conscious or that you can't do it - you really can! John is a fantastic personal trainer and coach. It’s rare to find a trainer who is highly experienced and yet humble to constantly want to learn and better his coaching. From many conversations about training and watching him coach, John is hands down the best personal trainer I know of in Shrewsbury, and therefore the value for money is excellent.

Once upon a time I was very unhealthy and unfit. I went on a personal crusade to overcome the obstacles that stood before me and my goals. I wished to feel rejuvenated, I achieved this after a lot of wasted effort in the beginning due to a lack of education.
