Q&As

Most of my life I never did anytype of sport or fitness training. That give me a general understanding of what many people go through when they first decide to get fit and strong. I also come from a background of Hypnotherapy which helps me understand how the brain works. This along with my natural belief that everyone can achieve their goals so long as they set them in the first place.
I have a commitment to everyone I work with and study each and everyday, especially when I take on new clients.

I can sum this up in 2 simple words... consistancy and commitment

I have never had a desk job or a job that means I sit all day. I love working with people. It keeps me alive. Everyday is slightly different and the rewards on a personal level are huge. Being a PT suits me and I love it

Im ann individual who loves being an individual. If I succeed I get the rewards. If I fail I learn and inprove. This something I dare say is missing in the modern word. People are taught what to say and how to think. I have another business called "Be your own Guru " which promotes exactly that via workshops and seminars.

I am merely your guide , your mentor , your advisor. I will set you on the path you need and walk it with you but lets be straight... Im not your excuse or your babysitter. You have to walk the talk and together we will celebrate your accomplishments.

We can train outdoors or in a private PT room at the gym. If you prefer on line I am fully operational. So the choice really is up to you and what you prefer.

Services

Strength is important as a foundation to all styles of training. So we can do light weights or heavy weights. I have the facilities for the larger weights asc much as the smaller weights

If its pure exercise I have also taught classes for 5 years. Fitness via raised heart beat, cardio , HIIT or Metabolic training can all be covered.

The movement of the body is a true skill. I can offer a fundamental understanding and training for skills as much as strength.
