We hired Bruno and his team to help us out with 3 end of tenancy cleans on our rented shared accommodation , we asked them with very short notice the work was carried out quickly efficiently and to a very high professional standard , would highly recommend and would be happy to use them again with out a doubt

Very professional approach. Quick response to the request. In my case it was a team of 2 working in tandem, so the work was done very fast and not for one moment I felt that the team is delaying a task or wasting time. No show: i did came to see the property when i said i would come and on time. Uncontactable: i sent you a picture of an accident that happend with one my cars on friday. So maybe if i was uncontactable maybe something happened. Because i went to see the property on time to give you a quote. Unprofessional: like i said i sent you the pictures of the accident on friday. So maybe if i couldnt talk, maybe i was in hospital all day on saturday and didnt have any signal. I think you can see from my previous reviews that i always do a good job and always comunicate with my customers. But thanks for the review anyways if thats how you felt i understand. I just thought that after me sending you the pictures of a lady that drove into the side of my car you could understamd why i was uncontactable and that i had a team of 4 in the car and from the impact maybe not everyone was ok on saturday to work. Have a great easter.

They were very efficient and business like. I liked talking to Gemma who told me how their business was run and she rang back when she said she would and we arranged a start date.

Haven't started yet so I don't know how to assess them

Really pleased quick and efficient easy to book in an appointment.

Very pleasant guy and prompt arrival with updates. Unfortunately when he had left I discovered that he hadn’t cleaned the roof of the oven, which was in a real state.

Cleaning was done quickly and efficiently. However had to caution the staff not to use same cloth used in cleaning the toilet for the sink bowl, did not feel right!

Hi thanks for the review. We use cloths for all different parts of the cleaning, pink ones for the toilets, blue and green for everything else. When the cleaner went there she had enough cloths for all the different parts of the cleaning. And they are trained to do that. I’m sorry if this has happened, but it would never happen on my watch and it’s the first time it has happened if it did. Thanks for your custom.
