Antony came out to have a look at my patio door locking mechanism which wasn’t locking properly. He came out to quote, on time (quite rare these days), explained what needed to be done and sent me price within a few hours. The price was very reasonable and fair. He came the next day to carry out the work, once he had removed the old lock and taken it away for sizing, he came back with it working perfectly, he was able to fix the existing and didn’t need a new part, his honesty was greatly appreciated and he knocked the cost of the new part off the initial quote. He then waited around for a colleague (held up on another job) to assist him with the fitting of a new hinge and the lifting of the door to stop it sticking. He was lovely, polite and professional.
