As professional company you agreed to fit what I have provided without suggesting something is missing or wrong. the channels are way above spec. on drive with 3tons and I fit them all around London with no issues at all.
As I can see, you always find excuses for bad works. If client ever tell me something needs to be fixed, I don't say (I'll come when I'm next time around which could be next week or year)
Anyway I just wanted you to see how you wasted my time and material which I can't buy anymore to replace it. More...

Im sorry but we cannot agree with your criticisms if we did we would say so make no mistake with over 11,000 installations to our name there has been occasions where we have got it wrong and have replaced faulty work,however this is not the case here, you gave us specific instructions 1. Install a concrete base 2. Install aco drainage channels supplied by you which is exactly what we have done! It is our professional opinion that you have made a mistake by laying porcelain slabs, these are clearly not fit for purpose and it was entirely your choice with absolutley no input from us! you have failed to mention we have infact already returned once and refitted the channels despite the fact you failed to follow our complaints procedure but simply posted a damming post here, we wish you no ill but please look at your own decisions before directing blame at us kind regards

Less than 40m2 of my carport dig out, fit 6m of aco drain and
concrete prior to tiling, which I've done myself using as much as double adhesive for tiles due to concrete very no even. No words. the guys are really polite at any time I talk to them, but job was rushed, all in 7 hours quick, too quick. Aco drains was too fresh when they concrete it, so it moved in and out. After tailing called them back to re do the aco drain to level up with the porcelain tiles to lose exposed edge and prevent chipping, they came and rushed again, refitted drains (also un even) and damaged my tiles all the way on the edge making it even uglier and tried to hide it with silicone putting all over. Shame I trusted them twice. I called again and suppose to come a month ago, to see the damage, never showed up, anyway I wouldn't let them touch it again. One more thing Aco drain not connected properly into the drain pipe first time, second time just budge it around with concrete. I'm not being fussy just want simple job done once and properly . not to mention more, little details. More...

Sorry mr lukasz but its our opinion that your design is at fault you supplied plastic channels (with no fittings) that are clearly flexing when you drive over them! We followed your design and specific jnstructions! we cannot be held responsible for materials you supplied that are causing an issue with your slabs that you installed

Unfortunately as seen in the response to my previous feedback, the managing director of this company thinks that sending a late night what’s app message saying they were not turning up the next day was “explaining” the situation. There was no explanation, just a cancellation, no call, no conversation just a coward’s way of avoiding a dialogue by messaging. Incidentally, a breach of contract when one party to the agreement fails to fulfil an obligation or breaks the 'Terms and Conditions' as set out in that agreement is a pretty serious offence. Dear miss slater Thankyou again for your feedback, there is little point in getting jnto an elongated debate, you were provided with an explantion at the time and in our previous response, you were refunded within ten minutes of providing your bank details,deciding to cast personal accusations against a persons character never results in a good outcome for either party therefore i will resist in reacting against your remark about cowardice etc and once again wish you well with your installation as and when it gets done Kind regards

I’ve had an awful experience with this company. I had a quote back in March for a front driveway to be replaced. There was a 2 month wait which was fine. The first installation date was pushed back which was also fine. Two weeks prior to the start date I was advised to apply weed killer on the whole lawn otherwise the price for removal would double. I did this but then received another message late the night prior to the start date telling me they wouldn’t do the work for the price quoted and pulled out breaching the contract. I’m left with a garden looking like a ploughed field and have to start the whole process again to find a competent installer. I would definitely not consider using these cowboys. More...

Dear linda thankyou for your feedback naturally it is disapointing to recieve bad feddback but in view of the fact we have installed over 11,000 installations across a 32 year period it is to be expected at times, as explained to you yesterday evening every job is costed prior to installation and regrettably your job came out as a minus balance should we have installed it this was due to a global shortage of cement resulting in suppliers putting prices up as reported here https://www.constructionnews.co.uk/news/uk-material-shortages-cement-and-aggregates-added-to-the-list-08-04-2021/ and because you made us very aware that you were on the limit of your budget we offered a refund of your deposit in full rather than re negotiate the price,which as you know was paid to you within 10 minutes of you supplying your bank details, your suggestion that we are cowboys we do in fact take offence too,we are most definitly not cowboys and can provide testament to this from the thousands of customers we have worked for over the years, once again we apologise that we had to cancel the order and feel your cowboy comment is extremely unjust but we understand people get angry at times and comments made in anger arent generally constructive ones, we wish you well with your installation when you find a suitable contractor kind regards
