We've used First Call since they put our boiler in 6 years ago for repairs and servicing. They're reliable and skilled. They also bent over backwards to help us on 2 occasions. The first was the day after we got home from hospital with our newborn daughter our boiler failed. A few hours later they arrived, found the problem, drove quite a distance to get the part and fixed it without any 'urgent' charges. I thoroughly recommend First Call Heating if you want a reliable, efficient and fairly priced service. I first called this firm when British Gas quoted me a large sum to get my heating up to an efficient level. They advised me that I needed a full flush of the system. James came round and managed to get it working properly for a fraction of the price. The engineers are always polite and leave everything tidy. I have their annual care package and when I call with a problem they will get to me as quickly as they can. After having my gas cut off as the Smart meter engineer discovered a leak in my system, First Call heating sorted the whole problem and had my heating back on and running in a day. Great service! From the initial contact to the installation of a new boiler and remedying an undiagnosed leak I cannot praise them too highly. The two chaps who did the work, Callum and Martin, were professional in the way they approached the task and worked tirelessly all day leaving only when the job was completed.
