My name is Finbar and I've been a online fitness/bodybuilding coach for 2 years and have been training myself for over 10 years.
Fitness and Bodybuilding is my passion and I am very dedicated to each of my clients to provide a real personal service, everything is customised around you and your life to make sure you get the results you want as quickly as possible.

Finbar is a knowledgeable trainer who’s experience shows in his efforts. He cares about his clients nutrition and fitness goals and is always available to help push you forward to meet them. I’d hire Finbar again for future endeavors.

I worked with Finbar for a few months in an effort to compete in a first-timers men's physique contest. We worked together to structure training and diet plans throughout the prep to first start with adding muscle and then maintain the muscle but proceed into a caloric deficit to cut fat and bring out the cuts and tone that we worked so hard on. I can't say enough praise for Finbar, he's a stand-up and honest man. He checks in and monitors every piece of your goals and ambitions. He's also honest and provides great advice. Finbar is really supportive and is very quick at replying to messages! He is really friendly, easy to talk to and approachable.

He gives detailed training programs with tutorial videos if you are unsure on how to do some of the exercises or can just message him to ask!

The diet plans are custom made and he provides a day by day meal plan to fit your calories/goals. He also has a recipe book with some very yummy, healthy recipes in!

He motivated and encouraged me to reach my dream physique! Having someone to be accountable to is key to keeping you consistent if you easily get demotivated.

Fin has been a great coach/motivator. He checks up on me regularly and is knowledgeable in a variety of areas. He frequently updates my workout plan and nutrition plan when my circumstances change. He has helped me create a much leaner physique and never made me feel bad about set backs due to personal reasons but still holds me accountable by asking for weigh ins and progress pictures. He also inspires me to get back into my workouts even when my motivation is low. He's a great coach and I highly recommend him. More...

Services

I will create you a fully customised diet plan with meal by meal macro breakdown to fully understand what you are eating. This meal plan is based around your life and needs and I update it when needed based on progress or if you dislike it. I also include a recipe book for easy and tasty meal prep which currently has 25 recipes with more being added all the time, so if you are not an expert cook you can still make tasty meal prep by following my diet. I am also adding video tutorials of how to cook these meals which is coming soon. Eating healthy does not mean your food has to be bland!

I create a training plan based on your goals, this can be anything from bodybuilding training to strength training or more specific goals for example I helped a client train to pass her firefighting fitness tests which was a combination of a few methods of training. The plans are very detailed, are all written by me and I will update them based on progress and your feedback at check ins.

I ask you to take videos of your exercise so I can check your technique/form and give you feedback on how to improve, this in combination with exercise library make it so you will get the most out of your workouts.

I have created a library of exercise tutorial videos that you can easily look up if you are not sure on an exercise in your plan you can check there. I am constantly adding new exercises to this library including many you can do from home with only resistance bands or minimal exercise equipment.

I ask all my clients to check in with me at least once per week to send me progress pictures and their weight plus how they got on that week with their plan. This holds you accountable and keeps you motivated!

On top of my weekly check ins clients are able to contact me anytime with any questions no matter how small and I always answer within a few hours (except for rare occasions).

Once covid restrictions are lifted I can provide 1 on 1 personal training sessions either in the Southend Area in any gym or I can travel to your local gym at extra cost. (Limit of around 50 miles for travel)
