Not only were they very flexible and appreciative of our situation, they remained very professional from inspection visit through to final completion. Had a problem with a poorly fitted shower which had caused damp and damaged a floor. Tried a few places who gave outrageous quotes, didn’t want the job or simply just did not turn up. Billy and his team were a breath of fresh air. They kept their booking promise, stripped out the old shower and cabinet for re-use, sorted the floor and the damp, re-installed everything (saving us buying new) and even put a new laminate floor in for us. After having a couple of lukewarm joiners to look at the job, Billy came along. He had such a positive and interested attitude which I immediately related to. I was not disappointed. I had a bedroom wardrobe extended into a walk-in cupboard and the workmanship was excellent, attention to detail outstanding. Then a lovely little kitchen cabinet was very carefully installed.
