Paulo provided Architectural Design services to do re-configure internal layouts on recommendation. We found Paulo extremely professional and very easy to work with.
His recommendations on how to create a better living space we’re thoughtful and in line with our needs as a growing family. He showed great patience and allowed us the time to tweak a few design changes once we got a better understanding of the task involved. He’s drawings provided we’re on time, clear, detailed and as per the brief.
We would definitely go back to Paulo again for any other design modifications or changes required.

I had the pleasure of working with Paulo on the drawings and planning permission for our loft and side extension.
Paulo is very professional, diligent and readily available to answer any questions and address any feedback.
He helped us get planning approval very quickly due to his meticulous work and is always happy to answer our questions no matter how small!

I’ve worked with Ferranti’s Point of View on several of my developments. They have always gone the extra mile with regards to taking care of the project and they have always been there to answer any queries. Not only do they have great design ideas, but also a great knowledge on the technical aspects that help cut out any nasty (and costly) surprises further down the line. Ferranti’s Point of View Ltd have designed an extension for my garden flat to change the flat from a one bed to a two bed and increasing the living space.
They have also applied for planning consent for the build and we are awaiting the response from the planners.
Paulo worked very efficiently. We met on site once and he obtained all the information he required and took the time to listen to my concerns as well as what I wanted from the extension. He created a couple of layout options some based on my initial ideas and on what he thought would work well.
Paulo took the time to talk through the plans and adjust them to suit my requirements. I liked the way he thoughtfully considers how the room will work best, for example adjusting to allow for fitting in a desk area or how the seating area will flow into the kitchen area.
I initially spoke to Paulo because I received a party wall notice from my neighbours about their planned extension and Ferranti’s Point of View Ltd were their architects. I was so impressed with Paulo during our phone conversation that I decided to instruct him to prepare a planning application for my flat.
I have been very happy with the work he’s done and will ask him to quote for other projects that I’m involved with.

Ferranti's Point of View have done several projects with us now. We have found them very professional and attentive. Ferranti's Point of View were not the cheapest but the service they provided was way more than the others and worth every penny.
Ferranti's Point of View designs are so detailed and extensive which saved heaps of money when the build starts as everyone involved in the project knows exactly how much its going to cost upfront. Another designer we looked at charged an hourly rate for work done in the event the planning application got rejected. Don’t be fooled by low prices from others, its never as it seems and
Ferranti's Point of View was great value for money taking everything into consideration.
