What’s your signature dish?
Walnut stew with pomegranate paste (Fesenjoon) is our signature dish, which is ideal for for vegans vegetarians and also people who enjoy chicken. This dish is made with fresh pomegranate seeds, served with basmati rice and Tah dig ( golden crusted bottom of rice).
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We go through our extensive brochure, we go through all the canapés, dishes, salads and rice, and take it from there. We are always happy to serve samples of the food I order to be sure that our client is fully satisfied. We are always happy to cater to our clients budgets and we are happy to negotiate.
We’d like our clients to be happy with their choice of selection, further more our ingredients are always fresh and local produce.
We do not freeze anything, all fresh everyday all year around.
What do you love most about your job?
We love meeting people from all walks of life and celebrate with them their happy momentus occasions.
We have a passion for food, hence our food is made with passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We enjoy cooking and we are passionate about food and our culture and it is wonderful to see so many of our clients enjoying our exquisite Middle Eastern culture with us and sharing our passion for our food and lifestyle.
