I have a 1yr cocker who pulled like a train!! This was the 1st dog in all my years that I have never managed to get to walk on a lead nicely. A gentleman called Malcolm who was very knowledgeable came to visit and I learnt a lot!!!! ( and I thought I was quite knowledgably, clearly NOT) I was reminded how a `pack` works which has helped enormously. I hasten to add that the little pooch is doing really well and I`m not loosing patience and saying `sod it`. Well worth every penny. Malcolm was a pleasure to deal with. It is early days, but my rescue dog "Jack", who has been with us for about 14 months, and aged just a month or two over 2 years is already responding to the new way of teaching. Malcolm was extremely professional and patient (with both me and 'Jack'). Considering 'Jack' was a street dog and had never had any experience of this way of life I am amazed at the transformation in the relationship we have. Knowledgeable man. Everything he said made sense and gave us some real and easily achieved solutions. Could not recommend highly enough.

Amazing session and service.
Me and my partner had problems with our frenchie misbehaving and showing some strange signs, and some signs of aggression. With a newborn we needed to get this sorted and understand his behaviour.
Was very impressed straight away, with the same day call back from Tilly. Introducing herself and the company and running me through the service they offer. What the session would consist of etc, explaining the lifetime callback also (which is a great service) We booked ourselves in for the same week.

Malcolm turned up on the day a little early (still gave us our whole session which was great) He was very pleasant and friendly.
We got into the session, starting with breakdown and understanding our situation. He went into great detail explaining the breed to us; their usual tendencies and personalities. (He was spot on) Went through different scenarios and explained why the dog acted that way and how we manage that. Explained to us how we need to respond to certain actions and how to react in different situations.
Now we introduced the Frenchie Ed to the session. Straight away Malcolm showed us how to control him, very direct with us and explained every move and action. Straight away Ed was acting completely different obeying every command like he used to. Was very impressed.
Malcolm also gave us ideas for new toys for Ed, and what we can do with them, he previously destroyed everything but Malcolm recommend certain things which would be safe for him. Then he went onto showing us outside the house how to walk Ed correctly again every move or action was explained brilliantly.

As you can make out, we were really impressed with everything and think their service was impeccable. We cannot recommend these guys enough.

Malcolm provided us with a great structure a vast amount of knowledge and the confidence to move forward, he also gave us plenty of homework! . Roxy is already walking better on the lead. I met with Tilly as our Bulldog is possessive over certain items and aggressive when trying to remove them from him. Tilly was approachable, professional and full of information to help me understand the bigger picture of why he was behaving this way.

We have a 4 month old doberman pup called marley that was behind with his jabs so wasn't able to take him out yet. We booked a 1 2 1 session with fawn was a 2hour session. Alice arrived on time and was just amazing with marley especially as he hadn't had much interaction with many people. Alice was very informative and helped with all our concerns and was very friendly. As marley was a bit anxious about going out the front door onto the drive she showed and taught us how to ease him into leaving the house so when he was able to go out it wouldn't be a problem. Tilly, what can I say.. You really know your stuff. One session with my very sensitive and nervous dog and she was able to observe, see what issues were occurring amd have tje potential to occur and give me simple, yet effective actions and steps towards this. Tilly is absolutely brilliant! She could obviously hear the desperation in my voice so gave us a quick appointment. From the moment she came in Tilly instilled a sense of calm and confidence. Initial conversation was with Tilly who asked for brief description of what was happening with our dog and after explaining the issues she got us booked in for 4 days later (Tilly must have heard the desperation in my voice e). Tilly assured me they could help which made me see some light at the end of the tunnel.

My dog developed resource guarding and it was bad like violent and worrying but all it took was one session to iron out 50% of the problem and Tilly guided/showed me very practical and easy solutions that I carried on doing and voila! Thankyou to Alice for yesterday with Rolo. Some amazing advice given and shown.
Today Ne and Rolo had fun playing the find it game in the garden! That aldi suggested, we played with Rolo toys and teaching him drop which was working well also! We had a nice walk still trying to pull a bit but no biting on the lead when I am correcting Rolo or any aggression or backing at me when bringing him back into place! So I have to say Day 1 was a successful day for me and Rolo! Was so much enjoyable! Would and have been definitely recommending! She also send me a description this morning or everything we talked through aswell so I can go back in case I missed anything.

We didn't really know what to expect of this session. We are both first time dog owners and we have a rescue street dog from Bosnia.

We booked this with the hope of having a baseline and programmed to move forward with, and that's exactly what we got and more.

We met with Malcolm, who was straight talking and gave us so much feedback and guidance. We came away feeling positive and excited to start "schooling" our pooch.

We worked with a lady called Tilly after we welcomed our cockerpoo Coco into our family. She gave us some great advice on toilet training and getting Coco to stop nipping at the children. I had a session for my 2 dogs to help with their pulling and getting ready for walks. They would bark and be out of control. It has only been 2 days since our session and the barking has stopped and the pulling is not happening much at all, I can't believe it. Very knowledgeable and motivating! I lost my confidence with my Akitas who pull on the lead and are dog reactive but Tilly showed me loads of techniques to get me out and about with them.

Got some excellent advice and practical training for my 5 year old Staffie Lab Cross.

Malcolm’s hands on teaching has made a wow impression on me. .
