Welcome. I am founder and chef of Fats & Franks Kitchen. Established in 2015, in memory of my Father and Grandfather respectfully. Both imaginative and wonderful cooks, I remember as a child watching and learning from my Father the beauty of authentic African and Caribbean fusion cooking.

For a home caterer - the food is out of this WORLD. I have been to shop west indian takeaways and not had food this good! They also cater for private events.

My curried goat is my singature dish. This is because eveeeryone loves it! The meat is alway succulant and full of flavour.

I work closely with the client to create a menu that suits thier budget and requirments.

What I love most about my job bis having the ability to satisfy people through food.

My friends and family kept saying I needed to sell my food so in 2015 I took up the challange and I haven't looked back since. My company name is in memory of my dad and granddad (Fatai & Franklin). They were both avid cooks. Since staring my company I have been featured in the Daily Mail newspaper and I have catered for Kool and the Gang.

Not only do i/ offer an outstanding service, my food is made with love so my food always tastes divine.
