What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
You can take a great photo with any camera – it's not about how much you spend on kit. What's important is the subject and framing. Get those things right and you can take remarkable pictures, even with a smartphone.

When starting a new project, I like to ask: "What does 'success' look like to you with regard to this piece of work?"

I love working with a diverse range of people to help them achieve their goals. I love the fact that no two days are the same with this work and every job has its own unique challenges.

I was inspired by the fact that I get to choose what work I do and have flexibility with my time.
