Never used before, bit apprehensive, no need. Family holiday four adults two children pick up arranged for 3.30am for Stansted. Dave arrived 5mins early, very clean cab and safe driver who was polite and helpful. Ezee cabs took myself and my mother,whos in a wheelchair to Luton airport in their adapted cab, fantastic service there and back arrived to pick us up on time going and ready waiting for us when we arrived back, driver was extremely helpful made sure we were sorted at the disabled assistance pick up point before he left us, a very friendly helpful man. my mother uses this firm regularly,around town she wouldn't use anyone else now,a very reliable friendly firm. We used Ezee Cabs as they have a wheelchair adaptable vehicle. They were on time to pick us up from home and very helpful with putting our luggage in the vehicle. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to bring the return journey forward to a different venue and time. They were very flexible and arrived there on time and brought us home safely. From the first phone call to prebook a special taxi for my Nan, right up until they collected her. My Nan has severe dementia and doesn't get out much so it can be daunting. I had contacted several companies locally to me in order to book some form of transport/vehicle to collect myself & three friends all with ski equipment and two sets of ski bags - when I contacted Ezee Cabs the gentleman on the phone went over many different options explaining the details and was informative and so very pleasant, he even offered to ensure that there was a roof top-box in case extra space was still necessary on the morning of collection - I finally choose this company for various reasons and decided to book them and was so surprised of the overall travel cost including a collection service for when we returned. I discussed with my friends that instead of the statutory customary tip we would normally include we would actually pay (equally) more as I/we felt the cost was very competitive - after being picked and upon our arrival to the airport we all remarked how nice and polite the driver was and his driving ability, vehicle was spotless and far more accommodating than I had originally thought it might of been. Then when we were being collected from the airport, I was keep in contact as to our pick-up time which unfortunately was much later than expected due to bad luggage handling times, but the driver was very understanding and had timed the actual pick-up perfectly, even with the long distance we had to walk from terminal to the car park/picking up area. I would definitely say Ezee Cabs provided us with the three main essential factors; Price, Quality & Service and I will certainly booking them for many other occasions - many thanks from myself, and on behalf of all my friends, once again ! I would not use a another cab service after using Ezee Cabs. The staff are all polite, on time and make your journey whether it be long or short a pleasure. They are fantastic and hope they go from strength to strength, also they can fit 5 in the taxi with a wheelchair and makes it cheaper to go to out of places from Bedford you just share the fare. If you are ever in a doubt about Ezee Cabs then don’t be you are strapped in securely and that takes the stress out of rolling around. To Dave and his staff keep up the good work we love you. I’ve been using Ezee Cabs for a while now as a drop off service for my two children, it’s made life so much easier. They have always been on time which was a previous problem with several companies I’ve used before, good value for money for the service they provide, i had a chat with a lovely lady when I first called and explained the difficulties I’d been having and she fully reassured me, explaining what safety measures they have in place etc I’m so glad I made the decision to go with Ezee cabs! We as a charity used Ezee cabs for a wheelchair bound member to attend an event with his wife and neighbour. The service we received was exceptional, nothing was too much for the driver, he kindly made sure the member arrived safely in to the venue and back again later. He was a very pleasant, friendly driver and made our member feel at ease. Only one criticism was that I had arranged to change the pick up time to half hour earlier (the day before) and I think this had not been passed on. Ezee cabs provided a wheel-chair taxi to get my mourning mother to her husband's funeral.
The cab was they sent was appropriately black and spotlessly clean, and the driver was happy to join the funeral procession, then to wait to take my mother home again after the ceremony. They even gave my mother a bunch of flowers and a message of sympathy.

A great service, on time always, polite very reasonable fares and drivers are careful and security conscious. I was recommended Ezee cabs by a relative and I will not use any other cab company now. It is great not having to give about 3 days notice for a cab anymore just because I have a wheelchair. I was looking for a airport drop off and called number of bedford cab services before trying Ezee cabs. I found the fare was very reasonable compared to other cabs in the area and also the service provided was so efficient and smooth. The driver reached well on time and was so helpful.
