I've had a deep tissue massage with Adam and it was fantastic. He thoroughly assessed my needs and listened to my issues so he was able to concentrate on really painful areas of my back and shoulders. I've also had an Indian head massage with Tanya, which was really relaxing and therapeutic. Both Adam and Tanya really put me at ease and made me feel like I was in good hands. I go to Adam Clare once a month. This is my treat. It rids me of aches pains knots headaches and niggles. I suffered with a bad back. I took tramadol tablets. Had a massage went to a chiropractor 3times. I found out about Adam through a Facebook post. Thank god he his literally the hands of God. Friendly down to earth guy. Puts you at ease and very good at what he does. I definitely recommend anyone to see Adam for a deep/tissue sports massage. More...

this is the messiah of the massage .had all kind of problems trapped sciatic nerves. back pain. hip pain. I could go on but after just one visit to see adam he has transformed my aches and pains and created a new me. i was very nervous about this visit as it was my first ever to a therapist but was soon put at ease by expertease therapies and will be returning soon for more treatments. I've been going to Adam for a full body massage for a few years now and he always does a great job, very thorough! He gives a proper massage to really work out the knots and tension, which in turn helps alleviate stress on my joints. He also has a brilliant little machine that helps reduce swelling and pain that he uses on my knees, and having had several knee surgeries in the past, this is a God send.Adam is a thoroughly nice lad and he has a great rapport with me, and I'm sure the rest of his clients. I have sent friends and family his way before now, and would highly recommend him to anyone suffering with aches, pains, cramp, sports injuries etc. More...

what can I say about Adam @ eXperTease. I have been to see him over my historical back problems plenty of times and always get a very thorough treatment, o. k sometimes I'm not fixed in 1 treatment but that's to be expected. Generally tho I am able to walk out with ease after being practically unable to stand upright beforehand. Adam always takes the time to explain what he is doing and the reasons for it. I have been treated by Adam for a number of years now, as I work as a Postman. I have various problems relating to the job, but no matter what it is he books me in at a moments notice, he keeps me out of pain, and without doubt, in a job. . Without his knowledge and experience I would be unemployed....He is a god send and a thoroughly nice guy........So if your struggling with pain and you need a reputable guy...Phone Adam...I can assure you he wont let you down More...
