I started working with Marianna to try and get back into exercise after suffering a knee injury as a result of running long distances.

I see a physio every 6 weeks on top of training with Marianna 3 times per week. After a few months of training, I noticed I had less knee pain and better mobility. My physio was shocked by the amount of progress I had made. By doing certain exercises we built up the muscles around the knee and I now have less pain in my day to day life.

I started working with Marianna because I wanted to build some muscle. I have always been slim and pretty fit but felt like I lacked muscle tone.

With Marianna's guidance I have gained some muscle and achieved that 'toned' look I have desired for many years. The best part of it all is that I have managed this while still having a social life, going for dinners and drinks with friends and a holiday!

I have been working with Marianna since July 2020 and it has been life changing. Before covid, I used to attend the gym but have severe gym anxiety. I hated the gym environment. I decided that working out outdoors or at home was best for me. My friend recommended Marianna to me after I told her about my gym anxiety as Marianna is a mobile personal trainer. I was sceptical but decided to buy a few sessions to try it out. 1 and a half years later and I am still having regular sessions!

All of our sessions are fun, diverse and time goes by quickly. Marianna is very professional and supportive. She has supported me this whole time and ensured that I made progress. I have lost 16kilos since we started and I have never had to do any extremes. I finally feel like I have ditched the fad diets.

If you are feeling like you are stuck in a rut then I would definitely recommend Marianna. She has changed my whole outlook on what fitness should be like.

A healthy diet is one of the most important things when it comes to your health and wellbeing and achieving your goals. It compliments your training and recovery and also helps you to feel energised and good in your own skin! I believe it is important to develop a healthy relationship with food and balance.

I help my clients achieve their goals by supporting them every step of the way. I believe in creating sustainable lifestyle changes and I teach all my clients how to make training and healthy eating a part of their life without it becoming a strain on their personal and social life.

All my clients have a weekly check in to keep them accountable and to discuss how their week has gone and what they would like to improve on.

Finding a way to exercise that you actually enjoy and see yourself doing consistently. Finding food you enjoy eating that are healthy and fuel your body correctly. Most importantly, creating daily habits that keep you active and healthy such as taking walks, drinking plenty of water and sleeping well.

I love being able to come on the journey with clients. I find it extremely rewarding to see the changes in my clients and help them achieve their goals. It is always amazing when a client develops a love for training and a healthier lifestyle.

Yes. I provide training sessions over zoom/WhatsApp video call. I also provide monthly online coaching.

Clients must bring their own matts to training sessions as these are very personal.
I clean all equipment thoroughly after every training session.
