The first stage of loft conversion is the permission of conversion which determine what kind of conversion is required after that structural work take place such as steel beams and timber work in which new dormer is created and on next stage external roof get completed and later in next stage stair to access and then internal work such as electronic, plumbing, installation, plastering and paint work get done.
