Wow, just wow. This is the third time of using this company. I feel that I have to review them. I have have had a previous company to do some work and they totally messed it up what a shambles. Then I met Mark from Excellence2u and what a transformation he has made to my property. He and his workmen have restored my faith in the building industry. I have had landscaping done a new porch and large canopy, now they have just installed new windows and a new garage roof. I really can’t thank this company enough. This is the second time in the last 3 months that we have used this company. We have just had some composite decking laid and new fence panels all around. I initially had Mark over to discuss work that needed doing on our roof. He was very helpful and informative and got to work straight away organising what could be done without the hard sell. The work was completed within 3 weeks and when Ken and Paul arrived they were both polite and courteous. The job was done within 2 days and completed to a fantastic standard with additional work carried out I didn’t even know needed doing at no extra cost! After initial discussions with Mark who was extremely polite and helpful, I decided to go with a new Firestone rubber roof to replace my existing lean to conservatory roof. I also had this insulated and the difference it has already made is unbelievable. No noise from the rain and the room is a constant lovely temperature. We had a new conservatory warm roof installed as our old polycarbonate roof was way to hot in summer and way to cold in winter. Mark was referred to us by a neighbour after they had work done by this company. The transformation is stunning. After the hot weather on Sunday we instantly noticed a huge difference the conservatory was so much cooler. I initially contacted Mark, from a recommendation. He came to visit me promptly to discuss the work required. He gave me some sound and knowledgeable advice about the work that I required on my roof. The job was completed when they said and turned up on time did the work and cleaned up everywhere as well which is a bonus. They also completed new dry verge caps to the front of my property. From the very first meeting with Mark, who had a professional attitude, we were confident with his knowledge of how the work would be handled and the whole process of the works to be carried out. This was a huge job as we had the back of our house removed, a 5 metre lintel put in and big 5 metre patio doors installed. The internal wall that was temporarily built to keep the disruption to a minimum was classed by his builders as the best that they had seen.
