First class service. Thank you so much for being there for us on our special day. Essex wedding cars stepped in last minute when our previous car was cancelled due to the owner sadly passing away. Thank you for being so patient when the bride realised she had forgotten her bouquets! You promptly turned the car around and headed back to get them. Mike was highly communicative and very easy to deal with in making the arrangements for the day - nothing was a problem and all the details were confirmed with minimal hassle. We used Essex wedding cars for our wedding in July I can not recommend them enough. From start to finish they was excellent. Mike was such a lovely guy arrived early to collect us.. the car was just as lovely as I had seen in the pics.. It was a boiling hot day and he gave us all little fans to keep us cool which i thought was really sweet. I have these booked for my upcoming wedding .. my previous date was postponed and now with new restrictions I have cancelled my new wedding date aug 2021 because I don’t want to be disappointed or chose a handful of family members to share my day. I paid in full months before the date the payment was due. I know I’ll lose my deposit that’s fine , but I wanted a refund of the rest of the amount. I ring them.. after emailing them .. to be given abuse, to be told if I get my money back then the company will probably go under. And I’d be spoiling all the other brides days. That the car and date I had was the busiest time and they wouldn’t be able to fill it after turning customers away .. which I find strange as it’s not for a month. I came off the phone crying ! Not only have I had the upset of cancelling my wedding after postponing I now am being blamed for a complaint possibly going under. I since emailed them and had no reply either! More...

Driver couldn't find way to church on second run. Then car had puncture on way to reception. Luckily some friends were able to help the bridal couple or they would have to have waited 45 minutes for a replacement car to arrive and then have a 40 minute drive to venue and be late for their reception. Not the entrance that they were expecting! No apology received from company so not impressed. More...
