Very friendly place. With being put off gyms for years, I finally took the plunge and joined. Relaxed atmosphere, and with not being sure on how some machines work, I was shown the ropes, not only by Callum but Big Ben who has kindly took me under his massive wing .

I have trained at many gyms from the age of 14 and now I've just started to train at evolution gym at bedlington station.I personally know the owners Steve and Anne who are the most loving caring genuine people you will ever meet the gym it's self is very clean with the best of equipment raging from all weights to cardio to suit your needs .When you go you won't feel owt of place but made feel very welcome and comfortable and Steve and Anne will help you with diet and training programmes I highly recommend this gym it's like a family once your there you are part of the gym.���� More...
