What I love most about being a therapist is to have the knowledge and skills to help my clients discover their own inner strengths and guide them towards achieving their own therapeutic goals. I love teaching my clients the skills they need to be able to cope in between sessions. They learn how important it is to be involved in the therapy process.

I celebrate the moment they reach their goals and move on from therapy able to live the life they want to live. A life free of the traps of life they may have faced before therapy. Whether these traps take the form of stress, anxiety, phobia, panic attacks, or self-confidence issues, with me as your therapist you will learn to recognize the difference between where you are in your life right now, and where you want to be. Then, through the application of the powerful Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, including self-hypnosis and relaxation you learn with me during the therapy sessions, you will surely get there.
