It has been great fun training with Esther over the last 5 weeks. Each session was varied and included strength and cardio, exactly what I was looking for. She challenged and pushed me in each session which meant I was able to get the most out of the time we had together.

I booked 9 sessions with Esther over about 5 weeks. I wàs looking for some motivation having put on weight over lockdown/Xmas. Esther came up with new ideas for every session and also devised ways to help me develop existing boxing skills. There are no gimmicks, just hard work, and encouragement, and the fact that she is a professional athlete who trains other athletes gave me confidence that she knows what she's doing. I lost weight doing 2 sessions a week with no other lifestyle changes and have only stopped because she is moving abroad. I thoroughly recommend her. More...

I am working with Esther since 2 months now, and I am delighted with the results :)
1- I work in a software company, and after many months of lockdown, I had pain in my back and knees. Well, FIXED ! I feel agile like a cat now.
2- I took 5kg in 6 months. FIXED ! I already lost 4Kg
3- Now I'm trying to work my abbs and pecs, hopefully, I'll be able to remove my shirt in the beach this summer :D
What is really impressive is that I do not even feel I'm doing too much efforts, I think Esther is very technical in choosing the exercises to the exact requirements I asked her so that the time I train with her is fully optimized.
Esther has a lot of knowledge so the key thing is: listen to her carefully. She explains how to do the exercises and how to get them right, this aspect is very important. I used to go to the Gym before lockdown but I never got results so fast.
In addition to training with Esther I'm also trying to introduce some healthy things in my breakfast and lunch (Fruits, Fresh Ginger juice, Turmeric...etc) , . So far I'm able to lose weight and get in shape, for someone who just got 44 years old, I am feeling very well :)
