I enquired 3 times and asked for a meet up, which was cancelled on the day, after I called to confirm. Twice more I contacted them …. No reply. I made a fresh enquiry to which I was told they could not do the dates, but would I like someone a bit further away, Nothing. “Maria was extremely valuable to us in arranging excellent care for our dogs at short notice.

Maria was thorough and gave us the comfort we needed to leave our babies with someone else for the first time.

The pet sitters clearly had a love for dogs and again were very particular to understand our dogs routines and habits.

We have been using Essex Pet Sitters for nearly 5 years now and are extremely happy with the service we receive.

We were never keen on putting our beloved pet in kennels and the idea of him living in someone else’s home while we were away, was the perfect solution. Over the years we have a few different families that we use to look after our lively boxer ‘Butch’ while we have our regular holidays but Essex Pet Sitters have also helped us on many last minute occasions, such as babies being born and hospital trips!

Most recently one of our Sitters became poorly and were unable to look after our dog when we had booked our holiday a year in advance. The lovely Janice and her family managed to arrange alternate Sitters last minute, even collecting butch half way through our holiday to care for him herself. For which we were eternally grateful!

Sent them dates required initially and was asked to fill out online form and registration. After this I was told they couldn't accommodate my dates. Waste of time registering, why couldn't they have told me this when I first supplied the dates? More...
