I was dealing with things regarding my health that I didn’t take that much notice of until Aarti was contacted. I had an appointment with her very quickly; she is very professional, punctual and friendly. I was put at ease very quickly. I have very tight muscles, a lot of back pain and knee pain. I immediately felt good, had more energy and wasn’t experiencing pain / discomfort in my back and knees. Importantly, I have been sleeping well since the treatment, before my sleep pattern was very broken because of my back and knee pain. I do feel such a difference since having my massages and hot stone massage. I’m positive the help I’ve been receiving from Aarti are steps on the right direction to helping me feel better. Aarti is always so calm and serene, she relaxes you even before the treatment has begun! I have hypermobility and get lots of pain in my neck/ shoulder, back and hip joints, which Aarti has been helping with.
