Emily is amazing, such a lovely person and my dogs love her! She’s super reliable & flexible, so pleased I found her!!

Emily has been lovely when puppy sitting our little one! Our puppy took to her immediately (right from the first introductory visit) and we really appreciated Emily’s attention to detail when learning about our puppy’s routine, likes and dislikes. We have felt very reassured by the service she offers and provides and we feel that our puppy is being left in really safe, capable, loving and experienced hands! Emily has also managed the smaller things such as taking in parcels to bigger things such as helping with toilet training!! Normally our two labradoodle pups go to their doting ‘grandparents’ when we are out of the house all day, however for a recent family wedding we could not call on their help, and as it was a work day we could not call on friends to keep an eye on the pups either. Using kennels for just one day seemed a little excessive and instead decided a dog sitter would be a better option. However, allowing a dog sitter into your home when you’re out and taking care of your dogs unsupervised is a leap of faith, so I was delighted to see that Emily, someone who I had worked with for several years, had set up Entrust Sitting Service. Knowing Em in a professional capacity meant that I knew she was completely trustworthy, diligent and capable, however the service I received from Emily surpassed expectations. Em came and met the two pups at home before hand and got to know them and their routine plus other important details. We agreed what would work well given the length of time we’d be out. On the day itself, Em texted with updates and we came home to two happy pups. I would use Emily again whenever we have ‘long days’ without hesitation and would very much recommend her services to other dog owning friends and family.

We booked Entrust to look after our cat while we were on holiday. The service was exceptional from start to finish!
We had an initial consultation to talk through our cats normal habits and needs so that we would feel comfortable that she would be well cared for. This is important as our cat has medical needs and requires daily medicine. Emily was very professional and took the time to get to know our cat during the visit.
While we were away we received photos of our cat looking happy and relaxed so we knew we didn’t need to sorry about her. This was very reassuring.
Emily was also happy to do some little extras for us like watering a few of our thirstier plants during the heatwave.
The price was comparable with our previous sitters but the overall service was better. For us this is the best way for our cat to be cared for when we are away and we will certainly use Entrust Sitting again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

From the moment I contacted Emily, she was extremely accommodating about arranging to meet us and our cat before we agreed to use her services. She was warm and friendly when we first met, and even tried to build a bond with our very shy kitty.
She was professional, asked some great questions so she could understand our cats behaviour and made us feel very reassured.
During her visits she would take photos to share with us, and gave us an update of how he was getting on.
