I am a highly experienced and seasoned professional, I have worked on several programmes meeting hundreds of businesses, some of which I have helped get to the next step. The programme is a workshop-based approach and includes all the core activities required to support, develop and improve your existing commercialisation and business development plans. Thus, it is essential that the business complies with the goals and milestones as defined in your organisation’s agreed overall Business Strategy. Where applicable, recommendations may be made to amend these existing plans or even, in the extreme, perform a ‘pivot’.
