Helping people to make sense of their problems and working with them to find a way to move forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Some counselling services are restricted by the number of sessions they offer clients or by the type (usually CBT) of counselling offered. We work in partnership with our clients to offer them the number of sessions that suits them and we work therapeutically with our clients, using many different approaches to find the right fit to each and every client. We wanted to lift the limits of therapy and enable more choice for our clients.

We are very friendly, experienced and relaxed. We work together with our clients to deal with the problem(s) and help them to find a solution. Ennia Practice are not like stereotypical counsellors. We are modern day therapists helping modern day clients.
