Before working with Engineering Business Growth and attending the Growth Club my catering consultancy business was ticking along and didn't have any proper strategy or vision for the future. Over the last ten months working Bryan and Beverly at Engineering Business Growth using their “Strategy on a Page” and experiencing their very informative class room training sessions I have laid the foundations, gained the tools and business confidence necessary to steer my business in the right direction.

I have found the monthly Growth Club meetings extremely beneficial, they have provided me with a well needed regular nudges to complete my key actions, meet my quarterly goals and indeed grow my business.

I have been working with EBG on their Growth Club for the past 12 months. This has been an amazing journey to improve my skills as a Director but also the business. The Club enables like minded businesses to come together to grow their own organisations, focused around a deliverable Business Plan 'on a page' as EBG say. All aspects of the business are looked at including, Marketing, Sales, Talent, Operations & Finance. I have been working with Bryan and Bev at EBG for the last 11months and in that time , I have undertaken a massive learning curve in the art of running a business . The important things I have learnt are not only what you should be doing has a business owner but also what not to do !
I can highly recommend EBG as within the first quarter of attending EBG , I made some very minor but crucial changes to my operating procedures that financially covered the cost and some of this year that I have spent at EBG .

I have the most interesting job in the world!
I get to work with multiple businesses at a strategic level which provides a great variety in what I do. It also allows me to take learning from industry sectors and apply it to other sectors as I encounter different clients. What is amazing is the longer I do it the more it reinforces the fact that the basic principals of creating successful businesses are universal, albeit requiring different skills, specialisms and knowledge in each sector.
I also get to work with some of the most interesting and driven people on the planet. Business owners and entrepreneurs are by nature different. They are the ones who've chosen to take the risk, to take control of their own destiny and make things happen.
