My coaching experience before starting my own coaching business also spanned in excess of ten years implementing coaching principles and practices to the corporate world. In both business leadership and sales management roles, I was a multi award-winning leader of high performance teams managing multi-million pound businesses.

It was during this time that I burnt out becoming seriously ill juggling my many roles and responsibilities! I acknowledged I needed a career change to enable me to be the mum I wanted to be. My family and friends supported me through this difficult time in which I lost my sense of self, identity, purpose and direction. During my recovery, I realised there were many other mums suffering in the same way facing similar challenges; trying to balance the demands of careers and business, family, children, relationships and running a household to become what the 21st century terms a ‘supermum’.

Empowering Mums was born out of my positive and negative experiences, combined with my skills acquired during my time working in the corporate world. I have a real passion and sense of purpose from my own experiences to help make the lives of mums and mumpreneurs easier, more fulfilling and happier. As such I use my experiences both as a mum and mumpreneur to understand and empathise with the unique challenges motherhood can present. Using my skills and expertise, I coach mums in a warm and intuitive manner, empowering them with greater confidence, balance and clarity to activate their infinite capabilities within, enabling a full and extraordinary life, balancing work or successful business whilst still enjoying vital time-out for quality self-care to meet their own needs along with spending time enjoying their children!

Starting my own business over ten years ago specialising in helping and supporting mums and mumpreneurs create greater confidence and ideal balance, I have amassed vast experience and in excess of 3000 paid 1:1 hours supporting hundreds of mums, enabling my VIP Clients to achieve transformational changes both in their personal and business lives along with many others through my self-development eBooks, workshops, online courses and programmes to become a highly sought after expert for mums and mumpreneurs.

As one of the UK’s leading Confidence & Mindset Experts specialising for mums and mumpreneurs, my expertise is frequently called upon to speak and comment. I supported Greatvine as their featured Confidence and Self Esteem Expert for parents and Vivacious Mum Online Magazine as their In-House Coach with many of my popular articles featuring each month. I was twice invited to appear as a Confidence and Balance expert for mums with Myleene Klass in Myleene’s Bumps, Babies & Beyond TV series for parents, and have featured in many top mum related publications.
