The drone really captures the beauty of our wedding venue and is an extra special touch to our video. The way you have merged our chosen songs with the sentimental words shared throughout the day will forever provide us with unforgettable memories (as I have forgotten so much already and barely three months have passed). What can I say, I booked you for my wedding day and went for the most inclusive package and added my first dance and my father daughter dance, I asked for you to get video messages off guests and I gave you an incomplete song choice list as I wasn't sure what would work with the video. When the trailer was released I cried and couldn't wait for the rest. When the review stage came you didn't disappoint, the highlights video was amazing, everything included, the amount of detail you'd gone into filming every detail of my wedding (I had loads of little touches in tribute to our tastes, lost relatives, missing relatives and my late mum), you'd gone with part my choice and part yours with the music and the video flowed brilliantly, loved the use of the drone camera outside the venue(even when the rain came while we were sat inside eating). The ceremony was so clear and so well put together with different angles and guest shots included. The speeches were also very clear, the sound was amazing, you could hear everything being said and you'd positioned the cameras around the room to get the different angles and the guests involved as much as possible. You got so much on video that I missed on the actual day, guests arriving (both day and night), guests seating arrangements, reactions during the ceremony, speeches and dances, everything the venue had gone to the trouble of doing for us, it left us both amazed at how much you see on the day and yet how much you miss. As for you guys, I hardly even noticed you were there, my husband was worried as he's very camera shy and panicked when I told him there would be a video as well as photos, but even he hardly noticed and you've captured him at his best, the professionalism and courtesy you showed us was amazing. During the review, I had a few changes to make (none to the actual footage or music), just to the end credits as my wedding party had changed since I originally gave you the names (a lot can happen in the run up to the wedding), but you changed it all for me with no problems, sending it back to me to review and changing things again where needed. You even suggested putting an In Memory of my mum at the end which was beautifully done and also, at my last minute request, added a group photo of my wedding and my late Grand-Parents wedding, who I now share an anniversary with as they married on the same date in 1945. You went above and beyond with everything, every question I asked you, every change required, and I cannot thank you enough. When it came to delivering the actual Blu-Rays/ DVDs to me, the presentation they came in was so unexpected and really made our day, you even had to come back a few days later with the boxes for the extra copies I ordered as I couldn't wait a minute longer to get my hands on the discs and you gave me the option of waiting for the boxes or having 2 deliveries. Having the video on your website, several DVD and several Blu-Ray copies means we can treasure it for the rest of our lives, even 3 months later things have changed quite a bit and the memories you captured are irreplaceable. My husband decided to book emerald and I said it's just extra money we don't need them but how wrong was I, I'm so glad we did. Stephen and Lloyd were so lovely, they made us feel so comfortable and they were so discreet we didn't even know they were there.
